I went in for a basic pedicure and chose the $37 one. The nail tech said she offered me the gel polish which she did not. She charged me an additional $25 for gel polish and didn't tell me until she rang it up. I protested but the manager is that I pay it. The tech doesn't speak English. I posted earlier but this is after hours of soaking the acrylics off. they were way to big for my nail beds. they were too tight and felt incomfortable. pictures, you can see the damge they did to my nail beds snd actually dug underneath into the skin, causing long term damage. read more

I rarely write bad reviews, but this went beyond what I would consider a poor experience. My gel polish chipped within the same hour after they had clear issues drying my nails. They even got a new machine to dry them. I showed up the next day to fix the nails that weren't dry. They had to redo three of my nails that didn't dry properly and the nail tech had to redo two of the three AGAIN during the same visit because they wouldn't dry. I asked if I should pick another color to avoid coming back and she told me that she would try to fix the same nails with the same color and to come back to choose another color if there were issues. My nail chipped the same day AGAIN. I showed up today after messaging them on Facebook about the my issues to fix the nails and get a new color, per their offer. They charged me. I paid 70 dollars and wasted three DAYS in ONE WEEK here - 6 hours total for one set of gel polish that I hope lasts more than three hours. Update: the nail salon called me back and notified me that they would be refunding the charge from today. read more

I have went twice and both times gel nails are lumpy and uneven. The lady tried to put a completely different color on my nails and seemed aggravated when I corrected her. Chipping occurs within the first week to week and a half. Do not go here unless you want to waste money and give it to RUDE people. read more

I was not familiar with the area but decided to give this nail salon a shot, and I'm glad I did! The nail salon enforces limited capacity (one person per nail tech), they use all new (packaged and sealed) tools with every customer, the salon was well kept and very clean, the nail technicians were friendly and polite, and they did great work on my nails! My nail technician's name was Kathy! The nail salon is also located in a safe area and parking available in the lot right in front of the salon. I requested a last minute appointment and they were able to assist me. But, it did seem that they go off an appointment based system rather than walk-ins. Just give them a call before heading over to refrain from being turned away (due to COVID, the salon enforces that no customer is allowed to linger in the salon if they're not getting a service done - no waiting allowed). Went there for my first time on Monday for a classic Pedicure and a Gel Manicure. New to the coast, I was looking for a clean, nice, friendly nail salon...FOUND IT! I won't be going anywhere else. Everyone was so great. We had a lot of fun with the staff and even the other ladies who were getting their nails done. I have never been to a salon with such wonderful nail technicians. I have had a disability which includes paralysis in my right hand for seven years now. I cannot move my fingers and they're often very stiff. Let me tell you, the women in here treated me more kindly than any salon I've been to in my life. They have come up with creative and practical ways to get the job done regardless of my (sometimes embarrassing) mobility issues and they never make comments or seem frustrated about taking on the task. I've been in 3 times now and they've remembered me and how to overcome the obstacle my hand poses each time (before I even sit down!). I can't tell you how refreshing it is to receive this sort of customer service. I simply can't recommend this place enough!! My nails have never looked better and I've never had the feeling of going to the nail salon like I had before my injury in the way that I do while I'm here. This place was nice enough. It would have been good if they would have done my hands and feet at the same time. I was there for nearly 3 hours! Some people like the salons but I am not that person. I'm a busy body and it's hard for me to relax as I always need to be doing something. Sitting in a chair wait for my nails to dry or my hair to process is not my thing. So three hours at the nail salon is beyond excessive. However everybody was very friendly and they did good work! read more

I didn't want to have to rate this nail salon because I did like some of the people in the beginning. However, because of my horrible experiences I feel a need to warn those who are looking for a reputable nail salon. I had my nails filled about 3 weeks ago. Then less than one week later three nails broke, and one of them broke midway through the nail causing great pain and bleeding. I went back to have all three fixed, and they refused to lower or cover the cost, even though it was less than a week since my last fill. Five days later three more nails broke, this is unbelievable, and has never happened to me at any other salon. I'm easy on my nails, and the technician accused me of being hard on my nails, like it was my fault. I'm an extremely kind and happy person, so even though they knew I wasn't happy with their work, I didn't make a huge deal about it. The girl, I won't say her name but she enjoyed saying little catty things to make me feel stupid. I always tip, but I had about enough and decided not to tip because of my awful experience. This is what blew me away: my concerns were dismissed in a rude way, and they refused to lower the price even though all the nails were breaking in such a short amount of time. It's very sad to share this; however, I don't want anyone else to experience the physical & mental pain of bad nail work and bad attitudes. My boyfriend took me to a Nail Salon in Hardy Court Shopping Center. I knew I had a bad ingrown toenail on one foot that was very, very painful and I needed to take care of it. We had just moved here so he knew of this salon from going to Subway, the liquor store and pizza place. So we go in. The Nail Tech starts the water, and it was frigid! No massage chairs either! I said THIS is not where I need to be and we left and I remembered another Salon nearby, thank goodness! They took me immediately and I had an amazing Nail Tech named Shay. She was HUGELY meticulous, professional and caring seeing as the nail situation was quite painful. She was patient and very compassionate and understanding how painful addressing the errant toenail was. Long story short, Shay did a phenomenal job, and I am now pain free with beautiful toenails! She has a loyal customer for life, and I would highly reccomend Posh Nail Spa and Shay for any and all personal salon services! read more

I recently moved to Gulfport from Vegas. I called ahead to Posh nail shop before I got to Gulfport to see if they did the nail dip And they said yes. Once arriving, I called to make sure they could see me and they said to just come on. They were really cool pleasant people but the only complaint I have is how they do the nail dip. My nails were kind of long and their my natural nails so when they were about to dip them, they Asked me if they could cut them. I told them no. I also noticed that when dipping my nails, they would only put on 1 coat of powder. I asked the young lady if she would dip my nails more than 2 times because my own nails were extremely thin. She told me that they were taught in school to only dip twice. That might be so for short nails but for long thin nails, I think that there should have been some consideration for the fact that my nails are very thin and they should of put more coats on. As a result, only one day after paying $45 to get the dip, my thumb nail had broke. After another couple of days, I had to go back And get 3 more nails repaired. Now, my ring finger fingernail is cracked in half as well as a few of my other nails. When i asked them if I could get them done again and they don't charge me, she told me I would have to pay again. I really don't think that's fair. I run a business too And there is no way I would charge my customer after my services were not satisfactory with them. There is no way I would even allow them to walk out the door knowing their unhappy work my work. My over all view of this company is that their really new at doing the nail dip but even though you've been to school, sometimes you have to use each experience with the product too judge how you will have to use it. There are people with long strong nails that need the dip to protect their nails from being chipped so they only Need 2 coats. My nails are long and thin. Without the dip they will only grow And break so I need 4 or 5 coats which was what I got before I came to Gulfport . These things should be taken into consideration when you are taking people's money. read more
