Stopped the service at the 1 hour and 15 mark. Additionally the receptionist was speaking very loudly and profane on the phone, apparently with an ex partner, which is in my opinion extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional even if there is no other customers but me. I was surprised to be told I would need to pay for a full service again ($45), especially considering I had just spent around $90 two days ago. This was disappointing, as I was simply hoping for a minor correction rather than a completely new service. I've always supported your business and recommended it often, which is why this experience was upsetting. While your service is usually great, this situation makes me reconsider returning in the future. I appreciate the work you do, but I do wish there had been more consideration in this case.
