I first saw this laundromat months ago when I saw it opened in a nearby plaza to my preferred Publix. I passed by and found it packed, so I vowed to myself to return another day. I did this past weekend and it seems like I avoided the rush. This laundromat is brand spanking new and it shows. The machines are immaculate, the floors shine, the air conditioner is the perfect temperature, and they take both cash and credit. Quarters, too, if you go directly to the machines. If you don't have quarters, you'll find yourself getting a laundry card for $1. The laundry card then is filled with money, in increments of $10 and leading up to $40 tops. You can also check your balance on the card, and essentially, you keep it and fill it up when need be. I did the entire thing on the machine with the attendant on call. Her name is Marlene and she's super sweet. I'm not sure if the machine has options for other languages, but I imagine they do. I mean, this is in Hialeah, so Spanish will be the dominant language. Other than that, as other laundromats, they sell detergent if you need it, as well as the option to have your laundry done by the pound. Hours right now are 7 AM to midnight with the last wash at 10:30 PM, and while that seems short, I assure it's not. I was in and out of the laundromat within two hours and I had four loads of clothes. The truth is these machines wash and dry effortlessly. Oh, how thrilled I am that this is the new kid on the block.

The "quality" of cleaning shows. You see, a couple of my white T-shirts looked like they're not properly bleached. My laundry load still smelled of hours at the gym. Luna's doggie beds didn't seem like they were properly washed either. They were still dirty yet felt soapy, like they weren't washed the proper number of cycles.

I used to go to the laundry in the Sedanos plaza down the street from here but after they're ruined my clothes multiple times, I decided to stop going there. After picking my clothes up from Sparkle, I immediately noticed the difference. They hung my work clothes up with their own hangers, It smelled very clean. Everything was nicely folded and without wrinkles. To put the cherry on top, the gentleman even helped me with the heavy bag and took it out to my car. This place is a go to if you lack time. Never had any issues. About 7 or 8 months ago, I noticed that there were a few items missing, like a dress, 2 work uniforms, a blouse but it let it slide. When I left clothes there Again I asked them to please pay attention because last time they didn't return my scrubs and I had to go buy before work. When I picked up my clothes turns out a whole bag of clothing is missing, including, shorts, jeans, sheets, I went back the next day which is when I noticed things were missing and no one knows what happens. I been going back every week for the past month and I have spoken with every single employee and they all took my name and phone number saying they were going to call me with an explanation and here I am 1 MONTH later, still waiting.
