The massage chairs are $5 for 15mins or $1 for every 3mins. After a long movie sitting in theatre seats, this massage chair is a hit! The concessions were great today. The customer service is wonderful here. The staff is great at the concessions. I love that they have self service kiosks. When you enter, you can purchase tickets there, or simply pickup your mobile order tickets. read more

My kids and I often go to regal theaters each month to see movies. We were excited about going to this theater as we hadn't been there in a few years and liked that it had less traffic. Well my 13 year old daughter went to the bathroom during the movie and apparently was needing to take more time than usual, she said her stomach hurt and she had trouble going. I went to check on her and was told she shouldn't be in the bathroom long and they were closing it so she had to get out now and we also were told we could not finish watching our movie and was forced to leave the theater. I didn't understand why as I asked if she had done anything to cause this. The staff lady said she's in the handicapped stall and she can't be in there so we have to get her out. My daughter has special needs and I asked if I could go inside the bathroom to check on her and get her out. I was told no! I had to stand there screaming to my daughter asking if she is ok. She is yelling back saying I'm coming mom. When she came out the staff escorted us out telling us we had to leave and could get a refund. I asked why and said we were watching a movie we would like to finish. They refused to allow us to watch the movie and refunded our tickets instead. This was the worst experience Ive ever had going to the movies with my well behaved children. I reached out to the corporate office to give feedback and were given ai responses saying that we got a refund so there's no issue. They stated it was their policy to remove us. I asked them to please share what their policy is and what did we do wrong to be kicked out? We've never been escorted out of a movie theater because my daughter used the handicapped bathroom. I persisted in trying to get a live persons response at their corporate office but they did absolutely nothing. Not even apologize for ruining our movie and making us feel like this was strictly discrimination. It's Avoid this theater! They will kick you out if you are brown or have special needs, just because they feel like it. Worst place to see a movie. read more

Havent been here in a while. Regal is located off H street and nearby Costco. Plenty of parking whether underneath or on top. Pricing has gone uo but still reasonably priced when comparing to AMC. Our son wanted to see Five Nights of Freddy and glad we waited, even though the souvenir items were sold out, that meant they were super busy, while it is technically premerie weekend. Due to the time we chose, we were in a smaller theater, and when I looked at later tickets, it was a larger theater. Times for the shows were convenient as we were able to hit the farmers market in the morning before seeing rhe movie. Staff was friendly and checked our tickets immediately upon entering, as I already paid for them ahead of time and selected our seats. The interior has changed a bit and was more geared towards promoting Wicked 2, with a photo area and plenty of souvenirs. They may have underestimated the turn out for Five Nights of Freddy vs. Wicked at this specific location. We were informed no more souvenirs for the movie will be ordered or available. The theater didnt look upgraded, but chairs were comfy and spacious. The seats were perfect for the movie. We normally go to the Otay Regal location but this one is closer. The offer candy, popcorn, pretzels, soda, beer, and more, not to mention meal deals that help you save a buck. A beer, a soda and a bag of candy runs the same price as 3 matinee movie tickets, plan accordingly. read more

The seats feel dirty, the place reeks like feet, there's nothing but teenagers and people wearing inadequate clothing and plopping their bare feet on the seats. I had a very disappointing experience at Regal Cinemas due to an employee named Eduardo. He was extremely rude and dismissive during our interaction. When I expressed my concerns, instead of trying to help or resolve the issue, he told me he "didn't care" if I wrote a review. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any customer service environment. Customers deserve respect, especially when bringing forward concerns. His attitude made the situation worse and left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses this, as behavior like this reflects poorly on the theater and the brand overall. Had my nieces birthday party in the party room. 12 kids, $100 rental for the room and you can come and go during the movie. The party started at 5:30pm. The movie started at 6:30pm - 8:30pm. The room was still yours until the end of the movie. The hostess was so sweet and attentive and refilled popcorn and beverages for the movie. If you wanted more during the movie, she would refill. No outside food. You can bring goodie bags and dessert. Expect the pizzas to be ok. Thin crust like on a tortilla. read more

It's not a great cinema by any means, maybe not even good. Everything is older than I am, the screens have stains on them from people throwing drinks(?) at them, the concessions are slower than my lola (RIP) because management can't afford more than approximately 2.5 employees, and the entire area feels like experiencing life post-zombie apocalypse. But damn it, in this economy?! Heck yes I still come here for my cheap matinees because movies elsewhere cost way too much. It's not overly crowded during the days, which is a godsend for those of us with sensory issues and/or anxiety. The speakers in the theaters don't blow my widdle baby eardrums out like they do at other places. Other theaters might be the fancy new luxury electric cars but this one is the busted old 90s Toyota that never lets me down after all these years and is somehow--beyond belief--still going. Frequented this location many times for years. The customer services continues to get worse and worse. When a kids movie comes out my child and their friends usually all come to see it together. This time a manager came over mid movie and stood at the end of the aisle giving our children a dirty look and saying nothing. I asked her if there was an issue and she said she received a complaint about children laughing. I said um yes it's a children's movie that's funny so they laugh. She said "well nothing is funny right now and they're laughing" she was really rude and unprofessional. The kids were 7 years old and really excited to watch the new super Mario movie and she not only ruined their experience but shamed them for enjoying it. She continued to stand there and give the kids dirty looks. With the uncomfortable seats, disgusting bathrooms and outdated building you'd think they'd strive for great customer service at a minimum. I'm a frequent guest and a paying monthly member of Regal Unlimited, and I wanted to share a suggestion for the Regal Cinemas Rancho Del Rey location in Chula Vista, CA. During recent visits, there has been very limited staff available at the concession stand, which results in long wait times. This is especially noticeable for members who visit often and regularly purchase food and drinks. I think this location would greatly benefit from having a separate line for Regal Unlimited members, similar to what AMC offers. This would recognize loyal customers who pay a monthly membership and consistently support concessions. The first issue was the concessions. We arrived 20 minutes before the movie started to allow for snacks. Unfortunately the people working were slower than my grandma. It took us almost 35 minutes to get one large popcorn and a large soda. The lines weren't that long, just super slow workers and only 2 of them. Lots of workers were around just acting busy, when they actually weren't doing anything. Management needs a revamp because they obviously don't care enough. We came to Regal Cinemas to see the new Minecraft movie, but I have to say the experience was disappointing. First of all, the concession prices are outrageous--a medium soda was $8.42 and plain popcorn with butter was $13. That's incredibly overpriced. On top of that, the place was dirty and poorly maintained, which made the whole visit feel uncomfortable. All was going as expected until the movie started skipping! What a way to ruin opening night for the much anticipated Avatar 2! I don't go to theatres much but I decided to rejoice in an old pastime now that the pandemic vibe has dissolved a bit. It took around 40 minutes just to get a large popcorn and fountain drink. Seems that this location can be quite inefficient.

Disappointing... The movie didn't start nor were there any previews or any sign of life on a very slow Wednesday. When my husband went to the counter to check, they looked at something and said the show HAD started, but we clearly missed the beginning and it started to play in the early beginning of the film.... Afterwards, I spoke with the "manager" on duty, who just denied there was any problem at all, and said my husband's efforts to get them to start the film, was all merely coincidental. Additionally, when we bought popcorn, and tried to have it applied to our Regal Crown Club, we were told there wasn't one on file and he checked via our phone numbers... When I got home to look, my phone number is definitely tied in to my account, so I don't understand why he couldn't locate it... Just kids who aren't particularly interested in doing their job with excellence, or much care at all. :-( read more

Good day. Today, 13 April, 2025 I went to catch a movie and I was sorrowly disappointed with the slow service. I arrived at around 715 pm to get a ticket for a 730 pm show. In the concession line (which is where I would have bought my ticket as well,) I noticed a few things. 1. no popcorn smell. No popcorn popping sound. This is absolutely the first thing that gets a person happy about being out at the movies. 2. lack of promptness. Every employee was shuffling and looked to be moping around as if they weren't working at one of the coolest jobs that a young adult can have. 3. Lack of management oversight. The manager, or the person who looked a little older was in the back doing whatever managers do in the back. 4. A line that moved slowly. There was one line that had three concession stands open. The line only moved 4 times while I stood in line for popcorn and a ticket. I got into the line at about 715 pm, because I opened up my phone to mute it after about a minute of standing in line and my phone showed 716pm. After waiting and checking the time, I decided to leave, I checked my phone again as I left the theater and it was 739pm. That means that 4 people were served in 24 minutes. That is exactly 6 minutes per person. That is with three open concession stations. This theater is my favorite, even though the popcorn tastes different than a lot of other theaters that I've been to. But the service today was really disappointing.  I get it, it's Sunday evening, but we can do better. Let's do better guys. Cheers. read more

Good thing is I knocked and a kind Employee was able to tell they they open at 11:30am. My daughters and I live going to this movie theater, the only issue is with the customer service. Seems like the teenagers get upset for everything you ask, always are in bad mood, and even upsets them more when you tell them that you're like to redeem your rewards. What is the app for? Why even offer the app if the team will be upset at the time to redeem the rewards. Stop the downward spiral before it is too late!!! My family loves going to Regal & have been coming to this location for years. Unfortunately, we have noticed a sharp decline in customer service. The new generation (Y) of employees at the concession counter needs serious training on what constitutes good customer service. The majority we have interacted with in the past year + seem to avoid eye contact, rarely smile, do not display positive emotion, & mumble. They move slow & have no sense of urgency. This is not good when you have a definitive start time for a movie & miss the beginning because they are so slow. It would be nice to see a manager and/or team leader behind the concessions counter encouraging the employees to do good customer service. We give the free parking & theater 4.5 stars, but the customer service only gets .5 star. Took awhile to find a sign that stated to purchase tickets inside (granted the sign was large but in the center and I had gone to the first window on the side. Third, asked for the free card. Cheap, but dirty and needs some care. Pros: cheap, has a subscription service that is cheap, good food options, they serve alcohol beverages, and have a couple video games when you have to entertain the kids before the movie. Cons: lately been out of some of the food, managers seem to not care, whole building needs care like missing tiles in the theaters and seats are so dirty. Floors are always sticky and bathrooms are usually dirty. Definitely lost its luster during and after COVID. Managers need to work with a good cleaning and repair service to clean and fix the issues during the weekdays. read more
