Spacious theaters are very comfortable seating and the popcorn is always on point. This is my go to movie theater!

Clean location, plenty of parking, however expensive for a matinee movie at $13 forbids and $13 for adults. When a matinee should be like $6-8 for early morning kid movies. read more

I had really high hopes since when I booked the movie tickets it said recliner and stadium seats and the entrance view is massive and beautiful but wow just wow. My neck still hurts from how uncomfortable the seats were. It's probably just as bad as spirit airlines seats. On top of that the seats were so loud when anyone adjusted their seats which is more distracting than cellphones ringing. The halls were just trashed from all the popcorn littering the floor before my movie and I thought "oh maybe they just had a full show with a bunch of messy kids." Nope by the time my movie was over the halls were just as dirty if not worse. If you don't feel like driving to a different theater, make sure you bring a pillow or one of those neck pillows when you go on a flight. Good luck read more

I'm honestly grateful this theater is still open, as it saves me a trip to Gardens to see a movie. However, the days of quality customer service and a clean, safe moviegoing experience seem long gone. On Sunday afternoon, my parents and I decided to catch an early showing of Gladiator at 2:25 PM. We arrived around 2 PM, purchased tickets at the front kiosk, and waited in the painfully long concession line to grab a medium popcorn to share. After taking our seats, we sat through about 20 minutes of previews before a family of six arrived, seemingly confused. They claimed the back row (where we were seated) had been reserved for them. When they asked to see my ticket, I showed it to confirm I was in the correct seat. They politely assumed it was a minor error and moved to an empty row in front of us. Within minutes, another group confronted them, insisting they had purchased those same seats. Frustrated, the family sent someone to get a manager to resolve the situation. Shortly after, a manager arrived--just as a third family came up the stairs claiming we were in their seats. At this point, it became clear that Regal had sold the same set of seats to three different parties. Most people involved requested refunds as the manager scrambled to come up with a solution. To minimize disruption, the manager asked the other two groups to come to the front desk, but the chaos delayed the movie for everyone. By this time, it was well past 3 PM, and the 2:25 PM movie still had not started. I don't know if the delay was intentional to resolve the seating issue, but it felt like I was watching endless commercials on cable TV. It was ridiculous for movie previews to last over 40 minutes. To make matters worse, I had finished my popcorn and drink before the movie even started. During the film, I took a quick restroom break and was appalled by the state of the bathrooms. They were absolutely filthy. The stench of urine hit me as soon as I walked in. If there are 15 stalls, 13 had pools of urine around the toilets, while the other two had pee on the seats or clogged toilets. The sinks are outdated (not touchless), and the soap dispensers might as well dispense water. The dryers either didn't work or were unhygienic, blowing germs everywhere. The entire restroom was so disgusting I felt like I needed a shower just for walking through it. While I appreciate that this theater is still open, the overall experience was terrible. Between the double-booked seats, the lengthy delays, and the unsanitary conditions, it's hard to give this place more than one star. read more

You could do much worse than going to the Regal in Royal Palm Beach. It's close to the Acreage if you want to see new releases like Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. The popcorn if you order any is always ready go and wonderfully buttered. The seats if you watch a film in the RPX theater is great with comfortable leather reclining seats. But that's about it. The bar that serves liquor has incredibly slow service that isn't even economically valued if you order any of their select cocktails. You could be waiting up to five minutes for your cocktail to be ready depending if you are waiting 10 minutes for two other people to have their cocktails ready. It's not as if the staff are mixologists making the drinks from scratch ingredients. It's like having sugary soda that happens to have alcohol in it. Overpriced and and underwhelming and sugary. If you want to order any hot food from the kitchen in the back outside of popcorn and nachos... good luck. You will be waiting at least 30 minutes on a Friday or Saturday evening if you're lucky. I waited at least 30 minutes for an order of mozzarella sticks... mozzarella sticks. This wasn't like I ordered multiple items. They have a ton of staff up front serving sodas and popcorn at astonishing speed, but in the back for other food... I just wouldn't even offer it on the menu. You will be late for your film. Fortunately, I wasn't because there are at least 40 minutes of previews before the film starts but still. The service for hot food is ridiculously slow and understaffed. And the bathrooms are dingy and look like you would perform drug deals in them. I would rather spend the extra gas mileage to see a movie further north or south. read more

The theater itself is nice and comfy, with reclining seats . As for the staff, mostly kids and unattentive. Several employees were standing around while there was a mess of popcorn and napkins and used containers on the lobby floor.Also, the 10.00 small popcorn was stale. read more

Really nice facility. Every time I have taken my grandkids there there's like 20 people in the whole theater. Probably because families can't afford the outrageous ticket and concession stand prices. $10.69 for a popcorn smaller than a half gallon milk jug is ridiculous. $9 for a small soda which is actually too large and a sugar overload for a child is outrageous. Why don't they lower the prices and fill the theater and have a crowd at the concession stand. Whoever is in charge of this corporate business model needs to be fired. I haven't been out to the movies in 12 years.. I'm a widow and find it difficult without my husband. I moved to West Palm Beach 3 years ago and love streaming my movies at home l. I'm a huge fan of Downton Abby and all indicators pointed toward seeing the New Era movie on the big screen.. Found the Regal Cinemas not too far from my home.. and ventured out for a challenging journey.. the movie playing on one screen at 2:30pm only.. I arrived early.. I wanted a glass of wine to enjoy and was told the bar opened at 2pm. There were a few of us waiting for the bartender to arrive.. I truly believe they have a staffing shortage because we waited way past two and the manager kindly took care of us.. to be honest so many gave up and went into the theatre without buying a drink.. I can say the lobby is impressive, large spotless and beautiful! I didn't buy anything from the concession stand but they were definitely busy.. with long lines.. I brought my wine and found Theater 14.. Wow the stadium recliner style seating was impressive! Spotless and very clean! Even the Rest Rooms were spotless!! There was no one in the Theater so I chose a seat and made myself at home! Very comfortable reclining seats! Hilarious!! but I was the only person in the Theatre and an older couple came in just before the movie started and said I was in their seat! Honest! I apologized and moved. I had no idea apparently you are assigned a specific seat when you buy your ticket.. Things have definitely changed in 12 years. Ended up I was one of only 5 in the theater. The seats are comfortable and the temperature was perfect-not too cold! Halfway through the movie I went out to get another glass of wine and waited about 10-15 minutes for someone to come over and help me. I understand there is an employee shortage but truly Regal lost so much revenue because people lost patience and went inside their movie with no drinks.. just sayin...... Every time I come here they are out of something. This time, no regular straws! This over sized Boba straw won't fit the drink. Also, most places you get in line and order then they hand you your food. This place, you have to get your snacks first, then get in line. Or, you have to leave the line and check each rack to find your snack. Is a very underrated park facility. Plenty of Open space. There's Ashley the size of the two football fields plus sand volleyball courts and a kids playground, clean bathrooms. We've been going here for years. The pandemic definitely took a toll on things. Upkeep is certainly not what it used to be and it seems a little rundown, particularly on the outside. All that said seats are comfortable and spacious and I will continue going here. The biggest issue is the cost of concessions. This is standard at many movie theaters, but it has gotten ridiculous. I understand they're trying to make up for fewer ticket sales by raising the cost of concessions, but it's almost insulting how much to charge. read more

For what you pay, you should expect more. I bought 3 Saturday night movie tickets: $46.53 A large popcorn, 3 large drinks, dippin dots and a candy: $44.94 Over $90.00 spent. 1) The bathroom was hot. The rest of the theater wasn't hot. Due to the heat, the ladies restroom smelled horrible. I'm guessing the bathroom action combined with the heat is why it smelled like a port-a- potty at a fair ground. (None of the stalls needed flushing. I was willing to pitch in for the good of all of us). And the place was a mess. We waited 20 minutes to get food. But, in their defense, they had 4 people working concessions, so I think it was just too many popular movies starting at once. They want that concession revenue, so they were definitely trying. And they were very pleasant even with the crowds. When I walked into the the theater my first impression was that they hadn't cleaned between shows. When the movie was over we found a hallway full of overflowing trashcans and no place to put our garbage. And as you can see in the photos, no one was coming. I got to the lobby and it looked pretty much the same. I do want to say that the manager was hauling m&m boxes into the concession room, he wasn't sitting in an office. But this place needs a female in charge. lesson 1 on business growth: Take it from Buccees: mommas control the purse strings and dirty bathrooms will drive a family budget elsewhere (that goes for girlfriends on dates as well, gentlemen). Bucees was literally built to bring in WOMEN because marketing people know this truth. Lesson 2: my daddy worked for a fortune 100 company. In the 70s the custodians went on strike. Back then women were secretaries. They fetched Coffee and dry cleaning. You'd have thought they would have been told to clean. And I'm sure they had to help. But my dad, a top level manager, along with the VP of the company (#2 on the totem pole)cleaned the toilets and bathrooms. The lesson: great managers pitch in. They understand that you motivate a team when you ask how you can help. Grab the damn broom, dude. Take the shitty job. Literally. My last tid bit- if having 4 movies release at the same time puts a stress on your system, change the schedule or the system. That's called "managing". read more

I haven't been in movie theaters for a very long time, but came here because I was invited by a friend to watch one of the movies offered by the "Donald M. Ephraim Palm Beach Film Festival". The theater has a big parking lot and the building is not too old (about 20 years) and well kept. I really liked the fact that there was no smell (typical of many theaters) in the room I was in, but the best part was the seats: big, comfortable and with a decent size table on the side for your drinks and food. I haven't tried their food, but the personnel that I encountered was very friendly and professional. read more

When I got the refilled bucket, I discovered it was filled with the dregs of popcorn bin. In fact there was a layer of unpopped popcorn. The rest of the popcorn was only partially popped. Their staff apparently decided to get rid of the crap rather then clean the bin. Only a handful was edible. I am posting a photograph of the crop so others will double check their refills. I absolutely love this movie theater it's not the big fancy type of theater like an iPic but it gets the job done you do not have to worry about super long lines well ...... for the food which is always long but the seats are assigned, no need to rush for good seats, they are comfy and recline all the way back, the air conditioner is always working, it's always clean and the popcorn is always fresh!!!! They have a bar which serves pretty good drinks that are mixed via a machine. The Staff is nice and friendly. They could use an upgrade on the restrooms but for the most part, not bad. We came to see the new Ghostbusters movie last night (The movie was amazing). As soon as we arrive and join the concession line their fire alarm starts going off. The management team did an amazing job clearing the building of all guest while keeping everyone informed that it was likely a false alarm but obviously protocol has to be followed. Everyone was allowed back in once fire rescue came and did their assessment. It was cool to see the managers jump behind the desk as soon as the doors open back up and help the guest who were not very happy about the alarm interruption. I had a simple question about a special release item, the GM and manager were amazing enough to let me have the item for my 3 year old. We look forward to more movies here, thanks for a wonderful experience! read more

I came here as an out of town visitor. I see some bad and good reviews. I really didn't think it was so bad, but I'm visiting after Covid. It was pretty quiet and hardly anybody there. It was easy and fast getting in and out and to our seats. Lots of parking, spacious inside. Recliner seats that have a little table to put your snacks on; very comfortable. The process to buy a ticket now is that you have to wait in the concession stand where the food is purchase in order to purchase of ticket. We asked the manager if there is any other way of buying a ticket he stated online or at the 1 kiosk in the front. Additionally on the flip side to seeing a wonderful movie... I just want to know why is Regal Cinema always so darn dirty like it's a hood rat theater? It's not in a bad part of town. Trash even seems to make its way to the can (or close by). I've been to this cinema 3-4 times and each time, I've never seen a clean trash can. It seems like the staff or management knows the times the movies are let out and would have a crew to change the bags immediately or if low staffed, then add more trash can in pinnacle spots. But it doesn't end there... the theater bathrooms were disastrous as well as toilet paper laid all over the floor. I wheeled my mom to the handicap stall and it was littered with paper sticking to her wheels on the way out. One of the hand dryers didn't work. Oddly it was a slower Saturday night as there was no rush of people in lines or waiting and the restrooms were sparsely filled... why was the carpet leading to theaters 10+ littered with popcorn crumbs? What the heck is wrong with this staff??? My husband made a crast comment when I asked what was wrong with that theater? He replied, "Honey, it's runned by millennials (implying that this is how irresponsibility they keep house)." I'm not sure that's the reality bc it looks like a a bunch of teenagers work there amongst a couple of 20-somethings, however they have no leadership in management. It's sad. This place is nice and has all the upgraded seats just like Wellington's Paragon Theaters, so why on earth is it the slums... it's managed like it's in Compton? Are workers careless?
