I LOVE this movie theater! I saw "Wicked" Part 1 & "Wicked - For Good" Part 2 here. For the 3D movie experience this theater is fantastic! The theater is very clean and the seats are very comfortable. If you are seeing any kind of adventure movie theater this is a great place to view it. I do think paying more money for the 3D experience in movies like Wicked 1 & 2 is absolutely worth it for the artistry. The staff is very nice & helpful and buying tickets online is easy here and even the assigned seats for the 3D theaters were easy because they have the ticketing system done correctly showing the where the screen is and that matters. I personally like to try to come here early in the day during the week when it is less crowded. I even noticed they had a really nice private party room for kids parties. The only thing that can be improved upon of course is them installing clean indoor air quality with UL certified Far UVC Light 222nm. read more

I hadn't been to the movies in a couple years. There was not a crowd like I expected, so that was good. We ordered some drinks at the bar some wine and a very excellent espresso martini. We grabbed some snacks as well from concessions. The theater was comfortable. I was just expecting the big cushy lazy boy chairs or love seats that most theaters have now. read more

I went here to see "Mean Girls." The theatre was mostly empty on a Friday night - hard to believe. Since it is my birthday month, I get a large Soft Drink for free because I have the Cinemark Rewards. It is worth it to have the monthly movie club as you save the fees for online ticketing as well as 20% off snacks and drinks. Your movie pass rolls over if you don't use your free movie one month. They definitely need to jazz up this theatre - the bar/restaurant area is dark and doesn't seem so inviting to me. I know that it is next to the Boynton Beach mall which has certainly gone downhill and that doesn't really help the movie theatre either. Glad to be able to support the movie industry! read more

This is my go-to theatre whenever my local one isn't showing a movie I want to see. I recently saw The Phoenician Scheme and had such a great experience. It's always very clean, the seats are cozy, and they have a solid selection of snacks and movies. Parking can be a bit confusing since it is so close to the mall, but it really is just one big loop. read more

First movie since COVID , we've been looking forward to seeing Elvis. Never realized there was a huge theater in the parking lot at the mall. Sitting in theatre 14 with 2 other, amazed how empty it is. A lot of concessions & even a bar. Comfortable seating , great sound, huge screen, even a 3D theater. I've been here a couple of times before. Really huge theater! I went during the week during the early afternoon and hardly any crowd was there. I would recommend those hours, it's like you have the theater to yourself really. Parking is along the side of the theater. Pay attention to entering the parking lot it can be a bit confusing. read more

Great place and super clean. Staff is amazing- Lines can get long at times but you can always just buy online or actually walk in and buy them/use the kiosk! Great variety of food and drinks and comfy seats. Love this place and go here almost every 2-3 weeks! Edit: Still a great place. Bartender Lucio knows whats up. I like coming here because while the kids are watching a movie with their friends we can wait at the bar and have some drinks We can also order food and their chicken wings are actually pretty good too. It's a good size there's a game room too and outside seating area as well. There are tv's everywhere at the bar and waiting area with the games on and the news if you want to watch something they will put it on for you. read more

As a manager at another Cinemark this building was AMAZING! The staff were alert and kept themselves busy. It was very clean everywhere which isn't surprising since it was a slow Tuesday morning. But my boyfriend and I had an amazing time. The employee Lithian I think it was, was doing amazing. The only down side was the popcorn was cold and the sprite was flat but the managers helped us out immediately and got us the right sprite. Amazing experience. read more

Can't ever say anything bad about this theater. Always had a great experience with the staff. The other experience is always dependent on the other people who go to watch the movies. Tonight, there were too many people who talked during the movie, so it wasn't too enjoyable. The movie was great but the other viewers made it hard to enjoy with all of the chattering. read more

For $13 a ticket for the XD side of the Cinema watching a 2 hour and a half movie, these seats will hurt your back. I would have thought the seats would have been more comfortable for this price point but I was wrong. I was hoping it would be on par with Regal, iPic or Cinépolis Luxury seats where you can recline back. The theater overall was clean and nice, the theater screen was a bit dirty in the center. Some parts of the movie where it's bright you can see black smudges on it. Most likely won't be visiting another Cinemark location after this, kinda of a let down. read more

I don't enjoy writing this, but need to get it off my chest. Moved nearby 2 weeks ago. Bought tickets to see a movie with our family visiting from out of town on Friday evening, day after Thanksgiving. Got to theater 10 minutes prior to movie start. Line for tickeholders insanely long. Waited on line for more than 45 minutes as it steadily inched forward. Turns out, only one ticket taker/one turnstile in use on prime night of major holiday weekend. Missed start of movie by at least 15 minutes. Got a refund, minus $10.95 "convenience" fee. Called theater today, manager admitted underestimating anticipated customers. So 2 ticket-takers would have been overkill? Otherwise, no rational explanation for short staff given. Conclusion: worst management. So there, I've said it. Didn't make me feel better, I'd rather have said something positive. read more

Plenty of ample parking, located very close to the highway. Tons of great restaurants, stores, and a few buffets. They have a bar at the movie theater and small game room. The theater it self is dated compared to other options like ipic. And the price is exactly the same at ipic for the premium seating (not VIP). This is the only reason I give it 4 stars. read more

This movie theater might not be decked out and high class, but it's absolutely perfect for a casual night. Let's face it- sometimes you want to go see a movie but you don't want to get all dressed up and such. This movie theater is awesome because its an older theater so it's typically not very crowded,it's conveniently located next to the mall, and they offer movie deals on special days. They also have merchandise to purchase that's usually on sale. If you're part of their movie club, you'll also be emailed coupons for free food which is a nice perk. They also offer movies in standard, 3D, or imax which is INCREDIBLE to watch!!! That being said, it's not the prettiest. The seats are older and worn down. There are several extremely small movie theaters so don't go see a showing of a movie that's been out for awhile or you'll get stuck watching it on a small screen! read more

The cost of a ticket may be shocking after so many streaming services have made watching movies at home the go-to, but Disney charging $30 to watch the newest ones. Why not give the theaters a try and eat some delicious overpriced salty buttery goodness popcorn. Price for ticket Of all the locations in the Boca, Delray area this one was the cheapest which is why I decided to go. It was roughly $2 dollars cheaper for an adult ticket than the others. Location In the Boynton mall plaza with plenty of parking nearby. I ordered my ticket online which made checking in easy. You can order at the front and enter. Once inside, there is a wide menu with plenty of overpriced options. Seating Sofa-like seating is very comfortable. I did get choose my seat online and I find that a plus. We were one of three couples so the spacing was perfect. Food We decided to order popcorn. It was TOO salty and not buttery enough. I love movie theater popcorn and not having tasty buttery goodness is why this location lost one star for me. They do have soda icey options- which I am very excited to try next time. read more

I took my 3 daughters to see Barbie on 8/6/23. The theater was filthy when we arrived. There had not been any cleaning between showings. I notified the theater immediately hoping they could take care of this before the movie started, no one came to take care of the situation. These are reserved seats and we were luck there were open seats in front that were in a bit better of condition. read more

I hate to post nothing but positive reviews for theaters but not that many are "bad". I have been to this Cinemark before on a date and wasn't let down. Now it's 2 for 2. We came today for a premier screener. The theater took care of our group as best they could. The line to enter the premier was made to form outside, (which would have been nicer inside),but it's fairly common to do so. So I wont complain. Infact I think some people expect to stand in line outside The theater personnel were pretty good. The ticket taker let us slip in to grab food and bring it out to the line. Then we slipped in again to just sit at the bar and wait for the movie to start. The "bartender" was not a real bartender. Had no clue on drinks but I'm sure that comes with being a small bar in a movie theater. They may have considered limitiing what could be ordered. The popcorn large was like 8 dollars. wow that seems pricey. The theater was clean and the seats were nice. to be honest, the seats went too far back! it was like being in a recliner in your living room. if I could, I would give it 3.5 stars. not too shabby read more

Movie theater tickets keep going up! Glad I'm a girl and my date covered our seats :-) Great place to go on a Saturday night when you really want to get off the couch, put on more then just underwear and socks and watch (hopefully) a good movie. And it's right across the mall, so do some shopping then rest your legs for an hour or so and watch a flick. There is plenty of parking space. But of course, certain nights can get harder then others. Great comfortable seats. Nice clean theater. I didn't have any of the food at the concession stands but it looked edible. Now the issues: The patrons and lack of workers within the theater to monitor behaviors. When you go into a movie theater, and the notice comes on about turn OFF your phone. You are suppose to turn it OFF. Or at least Silence all. One of the worst things to hear is a vibrating phone and the owner unable to retrieve it QUICKLY because it's deep inside an ugly luggage sized purse. Then after they finally get to the phone they decide this is the perfect time to text people, check messages, on facebook, and put the phone back in the huge ugly purse where it will vibrate again in five minutes. And of course it's never just one person that does this! Turn off your cell phone! Second, rude mentally unstable people that are allowed to enter. That was just a shout out to this crazy chick that thought I was mysteriously kicking her chair throughout the movie. My legs were in my date's lap. (Get your minds out the gutter.) This was how he restrained me from kicking you in the head after you asked me to stop kicking your seat for the third time! You shouldn't be allowed in a theater after the sun goes down without proper supervision and your meds! read more

WARNING: I walked in this evening with my brother to do my usual popcorn routine. I frequently come to this theatre to get popcorn and leave as I enjoy movie theater popcorn due to a chocolate allergy and it's better than anything I can make at home. Upon entering the theater, I told the Greeter Tyler that I did not have a ticket and was just getting concessions and leaving. I think he was stressed from another situation but he proceeded to yell in my face to where I felt his spit and breath that we were "not gonna come in tonight without a ticket, and I could f-ing leave." To which I then decided, to de-escalate, buy a ticket as I had already made the drive out. After purchasing a ticket, and spoke to the ticket counter about the confrontation the nice women assured me that he was out of line and she would happily refund the ticket once we came out. After returning inside, Tyler would not allow my brother in and told us we could leave. He then promoted me to the manager who I spoke to and she was very nice. After her approval and apology we walked back in and Tyler attempted to charge us until his Manager had to condemn his actions. I proceeded to leave without buying anything, and got my refund. I will never return to this theater and will ensure this complaint is taken to the corporate office. My daughter and her siblings went to the Cinemark at Boynton Beach Location this past Saturday night 11/11/2023. They went with high hopes of watching the new marvel movie, only to be discriminated against by both the counter girl and the MANAGER!!!!! Now to be very clear.... My daughter is a 20 year old female, and her siblings all were under the age of 16. My daughter went to the counter to purchase tickets, and the girl at the counter asked her was she the guardian of the kids?? My daughter said no, but showed ID to let them know that she is older than 18 years old and old enough to take her siblings to the movies. So my daughter then speaks to a MANAGER, whom I did not get the name, who told my daughter that if she is their guardian, then she need to see proof??? To add on top of the insult, the manager and the employee at the front desk were both very rude!!!! My daughter became upset, she didn't want to let her sisters down, so she proceeds to go inside to purchase tickets from the Kiosk (which I told her she shouldn't have done). HOWEVER- it doesn't change the fact that they were refused service and were treated very unfairly. While they are purchasing the tickets, the manager is watching them, they receive the tickets and proceed to walk in the theaters and the Manager turned them away and told my daughter "I told you that we needed proof of the relationship and guardianship now leave". My daughter then asked for a refund. The manager refused and said she will not be giving them a refund. So my daughters then wait for her siblings mother. The manager proceeds to calling the police and LIES and tell the police that my daughters were going to blow the movies up!!!!! And then comes 4 patrol cars with lights and sirens. This could have gone very bad, as you could imagine. We have never experienced this treatment with any other location, EVER. I have read the company policies, and no where does it state that proof of guardianship and birth certificates are needed in order to purchase movie tickets. Something needs to be done, we need an apology for the embarrassment my daughter experienced. It wasn't professional at all, and I don't appreciate it. I am disgusted and will never step foot in Any location ever, and I will be sharing this experience for others to see how your establishment treat young girls of color. read more

I normally go to Cinemark because it is very close to my home. The theater is not that old and yet the seats are just terrible; some even broken. It is clean and the sound quality is good but now with all the new Theater's popping up with these amazing amenities; this place needs to get on board too. I never eat when I am there so I can't comment on the food but they do have a nice little bar by the entrance. read more

This has been my go to theater since moving to Boynton Beach back in 2007. It's always been a average theater for me, more of a 3.5/5 then a 4 star review. The ticket prices are cheap compared to the other theaters locally, and there's plenty of parking thanks to the Boynton Beach Mall right there. Looks like during the Virus shut down they did renovations to the theaters and updated the seating in them. They're nice seats now. Sometimes the A/C feels like they're really trying to squeeze it and could be a couple notches down. My one main gripe about this theater is they don't use curtains. Just went to see the new Purge movie today and pretty sure it was filmed for a 16x9 screen so there were "bars" on both sides. That was a tad distracting. Once I focused on the picture it was fine, but would be nice if they used the curtains so it was cropped off correctly. read more

Is it insane to upgrade movie settings for $16 for XD surround sound and still not have enough space to be comfortable? I mean the theater it self is beautiful- big and located in the mall area of boynton beach, however sometimes you wish valet would include the drive to make it on time to a showing. This is my second experience watching a premiere movie on XD and it blows me away how far we have come with technology and the secret to seeing things come alive in a sense. But, I will say that for the amount of money you spend on watching a movie and then having to splurge on the popcorn and soda- really breaks you sometimes, so only upgrade your seating if you feel passionate about what you want to experience. We saw batman vs superman, and I was so impressed by how I could see things down to the last drop of rain- sound is SUPER loud, you hear creaks the way I feel editors work so hard to acquire. The chairs recline to a degree, but most the time you can still feel people trying to maneuver around you- which is a little inconvenient if you think about it- you just spent $16 for a ticket and these chairs don't even recline comfortably? Just my observation, but the experience is pretty neat. Staff is wonderful, very friendly- I would truthfully only recommend more people at the register to sell food because the lines are ridiculous when you have many people coming and two or three cashiers opened to take the order. they told me i needed a parent or guardian when we came 5 minutes after there "curfew". i am 16 coming to see a PG movie. not to mention my parents are dead so i don't have any which i explained. then proceed to tell me i need my guardian who is away right now. i also was not able to get a refund they told me because i didnt get my ticket from them and i got it online. horrible movie theater and mean workers. manager was not nice. read more

For the longest time I wanted to come to this theater. It is the closest since they closed down the regal in delray. The first thing I like about this place is the benches inside the air conditioned building. Today it was 94 degrees outside and what a welcoming sight to fit inside to wait for my friend. It is a clean theater. They have kiosks outside to buy tickets or you can buy them at costumer service. The carpeting is clean, the posters are organized and there are 10 stations to order snacks. I came in a Sunday afternoon and there is a constant flow of patrons. The ticket taker is well dressed and pleasant. read more

I've been to this location quite a few times. It's not really my favorite but its closer than Muvico @ City Place or the Cinemark in Boca. Parking would be the biggest issue I see with this location, its kind of packed if you venture out on the weekend. Pricing is pretty standard with other local Cinemarks... Decor is pretty standard as well, which is a good thing because its all very pretty... Last time I was here something came up and had to leave before the movie started and was given a refund without any hassle at all. XD experience is a must!!! I never realized how big the screen experience must see is XD. The service here is quick longer wait for food but customer service is great for a movie theater in prime location. Don't like crowds the later you come the less people especially Sunday's. read more

I saw San Andreas with my husband and daughter. We went to the Premiere theater which is worth the extra $ to see a good action movie. I find it a bit uncomfortable to wear the 3D glasses over my regular eye glasses, but that is the case everywhere, I just wish there was a better fit. The seats were really comfortable, I like the fact that they recline and you can put the arms up which is good for snuggling or letting your sleepy child lie down. Also, I thought the sound system was very good. The bathroom wasn't very clean, it took 4 tries to find a toilet that was flushed, probably due to the automatic flushing, but gross anyway. The kid at the concession stand was a bit frazzled and the prices were high and the wait was long considering the lines really weren't. My popcorn tasted stale because it was chewy not crisp, I didn't exchange it because I didn't want to miss any of the movie. The movie was really crowed and the couple next to me kept whispering during the entire movie. Not the theaters fault but annoying non-the-less. I gave the experience 3 stars which I consider to be average. I was hoping my experience would be better than average considering we got the upgraded premier theater and 3D experience. But when you take the highs and the lows and average them unfortunately the average ended up being just average. read more
