I went here to see "Mean Girls." The theatre was mostly empty on a Friday night - hard to believe. Since it is my birthday month, I get a large Soft Drink for free because I have the Cinemark Rewards. It is worth it to have the monthly movie club as you save the fees for online ticketing as well as 20% off snacks and drinks. Your movie pass rolls over if you don't use your free movie one month. They definitely need to jazz up this theatre - the bar/restaurant area is dark and doesn't seem so inviting to me. I know that it is next to the Boynton Beach mall which has certainly gone downhill and that doesn't really help the movie theatre either. Glad to be able to support the movie industry!

First movie since COVID , we've been looking forward to seeing Elvis. Never realized there was a huge theater in the parking lot at the mall. Sitting in theatre 14 with 2 other, amazed how empty it is. A lot of concessions & even a bar. Comfortable seating , great sound, huge screen, even a 3D theater. Air conditioning was great & prices were a bargain, $13 for the both of us.

Waiting at the bar of course :)

I like coming here because while the kids are watching a movie with their friends we can wait at the bar and have some drinks We can also order food and their chicken wings are actually pretty good too. It's a good size there's a game room too and outside seating area as well. There are tv's everywhere at the bar and waiting area with the games on and the news if you want to watch something they will put it on for you.

Can't ever say anything bad about this theater. Always had a great experience with the staff. The other experience is always dependent on the other people who go to watch the movies. Tonight, there were too many people who talked during the movie, so it wasn't too enjoyable. The movie was great but the other viewers made it hard to enjoy with all of the chattering.

This movie theater is the bigger one in the area compared to Alco just down the street off of Old Boynton Rd. Recently, we went to watch US! I'll keep those opinions to myself as this isn't a movie review! The theater is big, has a lot of movies, drinks/food (pricey like everywhere else), an arcade, and I know they can do groups! Furthermore, they have membership plans available & advanced ticket ordering! I usually go here when I am in the area! :-)

It's locate in a warehouse building in a business plaze because it's just a Venues & Event Spaces and not a restaurant, so they do not serve food or drinks here. However, we had arranged caterings to bring the food in, and we brought wines and cocktails which their staff helped serving them. So basically it is what it is, a very simple empty space which you can make what you can make of it. I am not sure the management provided the backgrounds and curtains as they looked simple but nice. The IT staff brought in the screen for presentations and the loud speakers for music and announcements. As the meeting getting to the end, I felt it went smoothly and thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I thought was parking could be a challenge. If you plan to have a large group of people attending a event here, there will not be enough parking spaces in front of the building. Your guests may have to park out in the back and walk around the building to get in.

I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay. I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years…read moreand have visited more than a dozen times. Until now, I have never had a single complaint. This was the first time I have ever felt unwelcome, uncomfortable, and honestly appalled by the way I was treated. Throughout my stay, I was repeatedly questioned by staff about what room I was in and asked to show my room key over and over again. It happened while I was trying to enjoy breakfast, while I was having coffee with my mom in the lobby, and even while I was relaxing at the pool. Having staff approach me during a swim to ask what room I was staying in was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. What made the experience even worse was how my family was treated. I travel to Boynton Beach twice a year to visit my mother, who lives locally. She was not trying to stay at the hotel--she was simply meeting me before we went out for the day. As she walked into the lobby, she was immediately interrogated by the front desk and asked what room she was in. When she explained she wasn't a guest but was there to meet me, she was told she couldn't even be in the lobby because she didn't have a room. Later, during my brother's wedding weekend, my mother, niece, and nephew were also questioned as though they weren't allowed to wait for me in the lobby or come up to my room during the daytime, despite the fact that I was a registered guest paying for that room. I initially tried to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt. I thought perhaps there had been security issues that required staff to be more vigilant. However, when I spoke with the general manager, he told me there had been no such issues. What truly turned an incredibly disappointing stay into one I will never forget was my conversation with the General Manager, Deon Weathers. Rather than listening to my concerns or trying to understand what happened, he flat-out told me there was "no way" his staff would have treated me that way and essentially accused me of lying. After more than a decade of loyalty and nothing but positive experiences, to have my honesty questioned was insulting and deeply unprofessional. I wasn't looking to get anyone in trouble. I shared my experience because I genuinely hoped the hotel would look into what happened and improve the way guests are treated. Good management starts with listening, taking concerns seriously, and being willing to investigate--not immediately dismissing a loyal guest's experience because it's inconvenient to believe. After more than 10 years of staying here, I never imagined I would be looking for another hotel when I come to visit my mom. But that's exactly what I'll be doing. It's heartbreaking because this hotel had always been my first choice. The repeated questioning, the treatment of my family, and especially being told that my experience "never happened" were simply unacceptable. I hope management eventually recognizes that accountability and respectful customer service matter just as much as a nice property. Unfortunately, this experience has permanently changed my opinion of a hotel I once enjoyed recommending.

There is a snack cafe on the way out to the gardens where you can purchase drinks & light food items. There is also a museum store and a theater inside the museum. I do recommend that you visit the museum as early as possible to have the best experience with fewer people and cooler temperatures. However, the real showstopper here is Roji-en (Garden of the Drips of Dew) - the 16 acre Japanese garden with over a mile of accessible walking paths to explore and enjoy. The original museum building (the Yamato-kan) measures approximately 2,000 square feet and is set inside the garden. There is a huge pond in the garden as well, and plenty of nooks and crannies to discover/ When driving into the museum grounds, you experience part of the 200-acre Morikami Park, which includes pine forests, nature trails, and picnic spaces.
