For many years, I have only used Discount Tire for purchases and maintenance. I always purchase the warranty with our new tire purchases and it has come in handy with my daughter's car. Unfortunately, there is not a Discount Tire in the small town of Stephenville. I checked Discount's web site and found the nearest town was Granbury, about 45 miles away. I made an appointment online for the following day at 2:30. I picked up her car and drove to Granbury arriving a little early for my appointment. As I was getting out of the car, a representative came out to meet us. I advised him about our appointment, and that I had purchased the tires from Discount Tire in Spring Branch. He looked over all the tires, said they looked in good condition and asked if I liked them. When he found out that I really liked them he said they didn't have any of our size in stock but could have them in the day after Labor Day. That was in case the tire could not be fixed. I also asked to have all tires rotated and balanced. At 3:00, he came and told me the tire was fixed and the others were rotated and balanced. He said no charges, and we were ready to go. 30 minutes for all that work was fantastic. Will I return? I'm a loyal Discount Tire consumer. Hopefully I will not have to return to this particular store.

Needless to say if it wasn't for the fact that they did the work on the alternator we would've not have taken our vehicle back. And we will never be returning going forward.

I took my vehicle in because it was not running. I was thinking that it was a transmission issue and told them this. After 4 days I called for a status on my car and the front desk lady started in on me saying that there are 4 other cars in front of me and that she would call me when they have a chance to look at it. I was beside myself at how rude she was yet again. How the hell am I suppose to know how many cars they are working on, I mean REALLY... My car set there for 10 days before they even looked at it. They flushed the transmission. And told me to pick it up I asked is there any thing else you need to check prior to me picking it up. And Thomas told me "we don't fix anything unless you tell us what to fix, we don't go looking for issues" I'm like WTF... 5 days later and $500 blown in the wind my car stopped running again. He just but a Band-Aid on it. I had it hooked up to a car diagnostic scanner and it threw out 10 major codes... (Pressure control solenoid, control solenoid, torque converter, clutch pressure control solenoid, just to name a few) Guess what all leading to the damn transmission. I'm not a mechanic but even I know that you you can hook these vehicles up to diagnostic scanners and find out what the hell is going on. I would not recommend them to fix a toy wagon!!!

The well trained, professional team then dropped the fuel tank and replaced the fuel pump motor and filter, which solved the problem.
