Do not take your vehicles here they are a rip off and I do not appreciate them. We had to fight to get them to honor the warranty on this vehicle Since they did the work. I took my vehicle in because it was not running. I was thinking that it was a transmission issue and told them this. After 4 days I called for a status on my car and the front desk lady started in on me saying that there are 4 other cars in front of me and that she would call me when they have a chance to look at it. I was beside myself at how rude she was yet again. How the hell am I suppose to know how many cars they are working on, I mean REALLY... My car set there for 10 days before they even looked at it. They flushed the transmission. And told me to pick it up I asked is there any thing else you need to check prior to me picking it up. And Thomas told me "we don't fix anything unless you tell us what to fix, we don't go looking for issues" I'm like WTF... 5 days later and $500 blown in the wind my car stopped running again. He just but a Band-Aid on it. I had it hooked up to a car diagnostic scanner and it threw out 10 major codes... (Pressure control solenoid, control solenoid, torque converter, clutch pressure control solenoid, just to name a few) Guess what all leading to the damn transmission. I'm not a mechanic but even I know that you you can hook these vehicles up to diagnostic scanners and find out what the hell is going on. I would not recommend them to fix a toy wagon!!!
