Everything, worst dealership to deal with. It's been 9 months now and still dealing with this lemon of a truck. Put all my savings into the dodge and this Chevy so I could at least make it to work. Lost my main job because I can't make it to Dallas because of all the issues. Been though 3 different jobs all been the same can't make it to work if u don't have a reliable vehicle. Cool whatever I just rely on family and Friends to drive me everywhere. Missed all the holidays with family. Can't go do shit stuck at the house. Can't go make money. What's sad is I'm still dealing with issues I presented to Greg and Richard months ago... I was right when u should've replaced all warped rotors and breaks but hell Richard said I was good so fucking send it right. 3 different shops agreed and that they where warped. Told u to replace the battery because it showed it was weak nah it's good I'll just do as Richard says and just send it right. Battery lasted month and half Told Richard before I got the Chevy that the front end was going out and acting weird in Chevy. Took him 5 min gave me a pitman arm and sent me in my way. I needed a u joint passenger side and driver side needed a new hub. Then freaking threw the harmonic balancer on the Chevy 3 times all taken to a mechanic and done. Nah it's the crank shaft I have to replace do to a bent rod. With the harmonic balancer having so many issues the vibrations caused the radio to leak everywhere and all u smell is anti freeze. Paid u 21,500$ and that is what I get. U can't count on me like one, two, three, and I won't be there. I highly recommend never to by a vehicle from Jeff Englands. Its been going on 4 months now and I've been through 2 different trucks though them both have left me stranded and can't make it to work in Dallas missed 4 months gone though my all savings. On the verge of getting fired, went through all my savings. Still no reliable vehicle to get Me to work. Spent 18,900$ on the first truck lasted 2 months nothing but front end issues on issues. Spent 24,900$ on second truck after Trading the other one back because I almost wrecked going 80 on the highway. The gearbox shifted and 4x4 Actived going 80 locked the steering wheel right and Almost hit 3 people and The concrete wall on the highway. Truck 2 I didn't even want. Only option he had in so what of my price range. Took it to go get looked at before I bought it. Told him the issues. Denied the rotors being warped. Denied front and back breaks were bad. Decided to just replace the front breaks and not do the rotors as well. Complained about front end issues. Took it in couldn't find anything. Found out it was my harmonic balancer. Spent 600$ got that replaced. Drove it ,returned it the next day having same issues. He promises he put it on correctly and torqued it to specs. Been though 2 vehicles the past 3 months with them both have been in the shop non stop due to front end issues. Probably drove them maybe 3 weeks out of the 3 months it's been in the shop back and forth. You have been warned!! Wife purchased a 2007 VW Beetle w, 104,000 miles, cash transaction. Let me say, my mistake for not getting 3rd part inspection. Salesman was Kelso and initial transaction went well but car has been 1 issue after another. Check engine light 3 times, oil leaking on street. Dealership trees to repair check engine twice and oil leak once. Finally gave up taking back to dealership. Spoke to Kelso and Greg. Took car to mechanic and he found oil pan gasket leak, rear seal leak and compressor leak and check engine light is due to cooling system. Horrible experience. I do not recommend that ANYONE purchase from this company. I have never been more disgusted with any purchase Ive made, or the supreme pain in the butt it cost me, and that Ill have to deal with for a few more years. They will "mom and pop" you, "gotta speak to thier manager" and the service techs there will absolutely do the bare minimum to fix anything in the vehicle. Not to fix it for safety, but fix it just enough to where you may not notice defects until after your purchase. In all my years Ive bever had a worse experience buying a vehicle. read more

What a fantastic buying experience. Found this dealership when looking for a good deal on a new truck. Bit of a drive from north metroplex, but well worth it. When purchasing a new vehicle, I feel you sometimes are preparing for battle and have to be on guard to haggle the price, not get screwed, and come out victorious. Not the case here. This is a lengthy review, so read my experience or just skip to the last few lines if you'd wish. My truck was getting up in mileage and I figured I needed to get something better, even though it had been in our family since new and still ran like a champ. I was a first time buyer so I had no idea what to expect. After searching for a Jeep, I stumbled upon their site and found the perfect one for me. Super low mileage, 1 owner Rubicon. The next day I went to see it, traveling 76 miles from work which is 20 miles form my house(97 miles total from my house ONE WAY & brutal drive in traffic). I had set up a appointment with Stuart Douglass, a great salesman who didn't hassle me or up sell me on anything, I felt like there was no pressure and he answered all my questions. I checked the car over and noticed a few tiny cosmetic problems. Drove it, came back and worked out a deal which I felt was a great price. It was hard to see the truck go, but it was time to part ways with it. So I drove the Jeep home with my dad, the next day I get a call from Teresa their financing lady and she told me she had gotten a better interest rate that'd save me a lot of money, I was blown away as my thought was like everyone else's would be, A normal dealership wouldn't care after I would have signed the papers as they made the sale and the money so they're good, but not the good people at Jeff England Motor Co. So, I went there to sign the new papers. After that I said to myself I have my ideal car, that had a 2.5' lift and was totally impractical and got a better interest rate in a few days time, I felt like a king. In the next couple days a check engine light came on while going to work and I was like "Aww man". Took it to Dodge that weekend and they diagnosed it as a bad cat, a very very common problem with Jeeps I found out. I called Mr, Douglass to see if they'd offer any help, he said they'd take care of it for me no problem, no charge. So, I took it there at 5:45 pm after I got off early (3:30PM) at work that following week and made the brutal drive there. They close at 6pm so I cut it pretty close. I had no car to drive home so they gave me a loaner Chrysler 300, it was comfortable to drive. It took a few days to fix the problem, I got a call Tuesday (12/09/2014) that it was done. I came to pick it up and got under the car and saw new pipes and the new cats and O2 sensors, not botched cut and welded in new cats, a whole new section! They drove it and made sure everything was fixed. They used OEM Dodge parts for the fix as well which is pretty pricey. As a first time car buyer I couldn't have asked for a better experience. they didn't skimp on anything they could help me with. I love the car I bought and I will enjoy it for a long time. My thoughts are if you're looking for a well taken care of car that is of the highest quality, look no further than Jeff England Motor Co, Great Honest people & Great service. After my experience I don't mind the 600 miles going to and from them 3 times, it was worth it. read more
