The absolute worse! Richard Drago rarely returned any of my numerous emails. I had a written okay…read moreto proceed with hiring my drywall contractor. The drywall is paid by our HOA. After receiving, after numerous calls, the number was good, I signed a contract with a general Contractor. I got stiffed the one thousand that I paid the contractor. The 2024 board delegated this task to Richard. Both the board and Richard Drago tried to tell me, "that according to a trusted vendor a permit was not required.". I contact the Largo building permit office and they informed all interest parties that a permit was required. Contractors get paid 1/2 on signing. I had to come up with the payment and wait forever to get reimbursed. I don't know who was more incompetent Forestbrook I Association or Jim Nobles management. I blame both of them. I was requested to get two estimates. How ironic that an exterior building repair was made without seeking any bids and that repair was made by the sitting board president. Glad I have moved from the slippery ways Forestbrook I Association was managed. I have kept all my correspondence both with the board and Jim Nobles management. My next stop is the department of business regulations, which gives it more powers over seeing Condominium associations. More specifically conflicts of interest as in having a board member becoming a paid vendor. Was a permit pulled???

Sheron is the most RUDE, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a property mgmt ofc. And the big, mean, blond hair, see you next Tuesday lady is worse! You are hired to work for the owners of these associations and you are horrible at it! You work for them, understand? No customer Svc and you are just "paper pushers". You said so yourself Sheron. There are so many great property managers in town, this is not one of them.

This outfit is the property management company for the community in which I live. I would NOT…read morerecommend these people to manage a cemetery because even the corpses would have to do their own upkeep before these people ever lifted a finger. Our last management company ran rings around these folks. For one, our LCAM at the time was a genuine professional who actually responded to peoples' issues. He was always at our HOA meetings, providing a good sounding board and fantastic resource. The LCAM provided by this outfit is the second third one we've had in the two years that we have been stuck with Associa...it's almost like a game of musical chairs with these folks. One good example of their ineptitude has to do with a beehive located in a partition between me and my next door neighbor. I first reported a beehive growing/developing some eight weeks ago and reported it. I've been ignored for most of the time. I wrote two direct emails to the LCAM as well as reporting it through the Associa website. I finally got a vague reply saying that a vendor apiarist had been found and ordered. Meantime, I still have the same bees nest in the same place these two months later. After another email direct to the LCAM, I'm yet to receive a reply as to when they will show up. Can I use my outdoor upstairs porch on the meanwhile? No, unless I wanna get stung! The Associa app is nearly as useless as the people who run this outfit. It is seldom accurate, is always clunky and not too user friendly. Honestly, neither is Associa Gulf Coast. If apathy were the mother of invention, these people would win the Thomas Edison Award for innovation in indolence.

Months later and a new CAM and nothing has changed. We continue to have the same conversations at each meeting and nothings gets done. Always an excuse. If you are in the market for a property management company look elsewhere .
