    I came here to write a brilliant review on Ameri-Tech and before I do, want to mention that I saw…read morethat there is a small minority on Yelp who complain. They probably don't get what this company is there for. They are not there to run your HOA for you. That is up to the Board. The way to make things go right is to help the situation and not create commotion and bash the people who are already out there working and helping. My review? Wow, yes! I have had ONLY the best help and excellent communication from our Board Rep, T.C. at this company. She is extremely professional and if she doesn't know something she finds out real quick. Work with your Rep and they will work with you. Make it easy for them, by having all your data ready and available for clear communication. Wooklake Condominiums is up and rolling very well, and T.C. is right there helping us, and the future is looking very good.

    It is astounding to me that the agents at this company do not know the state statutes. I continue…read moreto have to correct them at meetings as well as emailing them statutes. They sit back and allow the board to violate laws and the residents have to call them out on it frequently. An additional reserve was set up without a vote, they didn't understand that a verbal resignation was not enforceable under 617 with governs non-profits and laughed at the board member who changed her mind and decided not to resign and then instead of reading the law paid the attorney to enlighten them. The do not know the statue on recording meetings and think that people should hand their phones over to them at the table. They didn't know several of our by-laws. Non-licensed residents know more than their agents.
