I first hired Devoted 2 You in 2021 to care for my father, who had Alzheimer's. Bringing strangers into a vulnerable loved one's home is terrifying, but Mildred came highly recommended. From our first interview, she put our minds at ease. She is fully licensed, reliable, and manages a wonderful team of aides, ensuring seamless coverage for multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays. They handled his daily care, housekeeping, and laundry with absolute grace, allowing my parents to age at home. Mildred was a true anchor for our family, helping us navigate my father's decline until his passing in 2022, always strictly following the care schedules and structures we put in place. Because of my wonderful personal experience, I have recommended her to several of my own therapy clients over the years, and every single one of them has been thrilled with her services. What truly sets Mildred apart is her adaptability and responsiveness in a crisis. In 2024, when my mother was hospitalized with sepsis and needed immediate care upon discharge, Mildred arranged short-notice care back here in Florida. She and her aides treat their clients with the utmost respect, working tirelessly to preserve their dignity while managing all of their physical needs. Most recently, our family faced an incredibly complex care situation. In December 2025, we had to bring my mother-in-law--who has aggressive Alzheimer's--into our home to avoid nursing home placement while my father-in-law was hospitalized. Mildred and her team seamlessly implemented the behavioral modification protocols and schedules I set up, doing a phenomenal job attempting to calm her behaviors. Then, in February, my father-in-law also moved into our home for rehab. His needs were complex--he was bedbound on and off, had a feeding tube, and a trach. Mildred immediately stepped up, vetting and hiring highly experienced CNAs and advanced aides to handle his complex medical needs alongside his wife's care. Over the last four months, both of my in-laws and my mother have had various ER visits and hospitalizations. Through all the chaos, Mildred has been accommodating, calm, and supportive every step of the way. She was an extremely articulate and humorous speaker who seemed to really know her stuff and I was to find out when it really mattered that my first impression was spot on. A few months after attending the presentation, I unfortunately let another consultant convince me to use him as he was claiming Ms. Risner was far too busy to give me her full attention and good service but it turned out to be him that would drop the ball in so many ways it was ridiculous!! Luckily when I needed advice regarding the previous choices I made, I remembered her comments and her encouragement to give her a call even if she was not my consultant and she'd be sure to give me her best thinking so I called her, made an appointment, met with her just this past week and I sure am glad I did! When we met at her office, she was completely 100% invested in what I needed which was advice regarding my Part D Medicare Drug plan which had changed drastically after I had renewed it during the past open enrollment. She was so engaged that not only did she help me with my Part D issues, she also noticed that I would save money on my Medigap premium if I was willing to consider changing plans as is allowed with the Medigap plans & so by going with her suggestion, she saved me $28.44 a month on my remaining nine monthly premiums because she noticed the alternative plan that was almost identical to the one I originally chose but had experienced a 7.7% decrease in the premium cost with the only change being that I would be responsible for the full or partial $185 deductible if any of it was not paid (which it turned out was paid in full in January due to a lot of medical charges that had already gone through.) She took her time, gave me her full attention, and expertly showed me the plan coverage, and even documentation of the price decrease. Also, she even confirmed that no additional underwriting would be necessary if I chose to stay with my current plan provider. She answered every question I had and didn't rush me nor did she make me feel badly about asking lots of questions as I was a bit confused about the change at first. Today when I called the plan provider they confirmed every single thing Ms. Risner had told me as well as confirmed the total cost savings of $256. That is quite a savings!! If you need someone to help you make good decisions regarding healthcare insurance and Medicare issues, look no further than Teresa Risner and her company LTC Advisors. I'll be referring all my friends and neighbors to her!!

My son has been a part of LT for a full year now and truthfully this review is overdue because Little Tesla has exceeded my expectations from my first contact with the clinic when I first had general inquiries as I had to search for local therapies as soon as my son received his Autism diagnosis. I remember my sons psychiatrist gave me 3 pages full (front and back) of local clinics, and Little Tesla was the ONLY clinic that was thorough, and detailed as well as providing additional peace of mind as this was going to be my son's first exposure to an open social setting outside of home. All that to say my son now attends ABA 4x a week with included Speech & Occupational Therapy. At first we started with only Speech Occupational Therapy as there was just a small wait list to be established in their ABA program. We waited roughly under 3M as we joined in the summer time, and by August my son was already enrolled. I'd like to specifically highlight the care of the RBTs, my son and our family has had the pleasure of working with such as Nate, Dina, Naire, Anna, Marie, Jaz, Angelique, Amanda, and Kirstie. Gosh, I forgot the names of the few others we've worked with in passing, but they are all truly amazing individuals who have reassured me that they take great care of my son while supporting him fully during each session. I'd even go as far as saying that they have felt like an extension of family, as they've grown to really love my son too (it's hard not to since he's so bubbly) but for all of the RBTs you can tell they love what they do. In the full year my son has made AMAZING progress. I can confidently say my son's speech has improved, as well as both his social and behavioral development. Ms. Joyce I'd also like to give credit to as Emory's speech therapist, she has the most kindred spirit, and because of her my son can speak in fuller sentences now, identify himself, state his address etc. I could sit here singing their high praises for hours, but aside from the RBTs that work with my son everyday. The administrative staff, management, BCBAs and owners are all incredibly kind, and personable! Just to drop some names Aleema, Jasmine, Ashley, Andjela, Victoria, and Vesna. These ladies have now a special place in my heart because they all are so compassionate in their approach, never mind the clinic itself, with the recent expansion I was blown away to see how the new clinic goes above and beyond to provide even further support for daily living skills, behavioral, social needs and more! LT has become our home away from home and I leave my son here 4 days a week with full faith and trust in the entire staff here because they are truly amazing. Thank you thank you thank you.

My mother has dementia and is severely impaired but both my parents strongly resisted needed care. Things peaked to a crisis and we had to have our mother admitted to the hospital until we could find her safe care. Freedom Point was the first place we toured and we were stunned at how beautiful, the facility and how engaged the residents appeared. They were able to admit our mother in just a few days and from the minute she walked through the door, she hasn't stopped smiling. The worked with us on every step and were patient and caring. There is a physician assistant that also makes the rounds. Excellent. When there is a shift change the nurse on duty comes into your room and introduced themselves to you. They all seem like o care.
