I always liked the choices and especially the salad bar. The staff were always professional, kind and would answer just about any questions you might have. They are truly invested in their work and it shows. I also love the facility and outside surroundings. It's always so peaceful.

Despite her daughter's devoted care, the facility suddenly restricted all visitors, including family. Her mother was isolated in her room with no explanation or compassion. She stopped eating, withdrew from the world, and fell into a deep depression. Before this, she was engaged and alert--but once cut off from human connection, she declined rapidly and passed away far sooner than expected. This facility took away her dignity and her will to live. No one should have to endure that. Run--don't walk--away from this place.

This company in my opinion is very poorly run and I feel the Owner/Director comes across quite narcistic. Support staff in office, delightful. They have never sent a caregiver that could fulfill my loved one's needs. They create shifts around the employees' desires vs clients needs. Had one caregiver say they could not start prior to about noon as they had trouble getting out of bed in the mornings. I would have to agree with the prior review that says a better name would be At Home "Zero Care" group. Could not recommend in good conscience.
