Just finished my first float session this afternoon, and feel awesome! I went for a full hour in total sensory deprivation (no lights or music) and came out thinking that it not nearly a full hour -- the time just zoomed by. Even though this was my first time, I jumped right into the complete immersive experience. I've always wanted to try it and it did not disappoint. For those who aren't sure, there are options for soft lights and music, and different float times. One hour is fine for me. Get to the location, and first thing is don't forget to put the ear plugs in place. Next is a shower to get all the gunk out of your hair and cleanse the skin Get in the float tank and let it take you away! Getting out I felt calm and totally relaxed and my skin feels silky! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Do note that this is a local family owned business (yay small business owners!!)! Stop in during the business hours and they will gladly take you on a tour and answer all your questions about float and all their other services! read more

Overview: Met both the owners James & Eric- both very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and genuinely seem to care about their guests. I got a monthly float membership, great value. When I recently went, brought my partner and treated him to his first float session ever! I used the gravity massage chair while waiting; it tilts back and is full body adjustable- probably one of the best massage chairs I've ever experienced. Did ~13min massage with the lights off and door shut, so relaxing. Eric kindly checked and allowed me to slip in a quick cold plunge session as I was on the waitlist (had forgotten to book my sessions further in advance). Especially after a hot shower immediately after, felt great and so relaxed the rest of day and entire next day! (Non-float services are 30% off as an add on if you have the membership) My partner enjoyed his first float experience. We're planning to go back for couples fire & ice (contrast therapy) session and float after. Love: 1. The facility and all equipment looks super modern, clean, and they clean each room between each guest stocking with fresh towels, slippers, you can request a robe. 2. Love that everyone who visits is treated as a guest in a home and they have a policy where they do not try to upsell you anytime during your visit. 3. Enjoyed the genuine convos with the owners- unlike many other small biz owners, they aren't rushing you nor absorbed in their work when you're there- they remain present, attentive, and open to chatting. Would I Recommend? Absolutely, I travel over an hour just to come here & it's well worth it. The float tank, contrast therapy, and gravity massage chair is a must try! Suggestions for Improvement: No complaints here. Perhaps a branded small welcome gift for first time visitors? This place is great! Would recommend to anyone! I just left there and recieved the best of attention. She greeted me with a smile, made notations of my likes on my account, offered me a water to hydrate after my float in earth. I did my first float here yesterday. And I still feel relaxed. I have been recommending this place left and right to anyone who will hear me talk. The owners were so kind and helped talk my friend and I through our first time. Everything from mind set to their personal experiences with it. It's an amazing thing. I could not believe how amazing a float can be! Alleviates my inflammation and helps with hypersensitive neurological issues. I went to Regenerate for my first float experience. I was anxious to get started because I had wanted to try floating for over a year. When I first walked in I was met with the calming aroma and negative ions given off by their salt lamps and air purifiers. I was also greeted by two gentlemen; Scott and Eric. These guys were awesome. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for floating made my time there all the better. For the first float they gave me a run down of the procedure and how the room works from left to right. Regenerate makes this process very easy, the rooms have clothes hangers, towels, ear plugs, stand up shower w/ hair and body wash for after your float, and finally the tank itself. The tank has lighting and music options which you can chosen before you begin. I chose to go full sensory deprivation and closed the tank entirely, turned off the music, and shut out the light for my full hour. I could not thank Scott and Eric enough once my session was over. I strongly recommend checking Regenerate out, and not only for the floating! They have amazing massage chairs and an oxygen bar which I tried as well! read more

My first float experience at Regenerate was AMAZING! Without a doubt, a MUST TRY! Regenerate's professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff is a very important part of the experience. They showed me a great selection of music or sounds to listen to during the float, the place was impeccably clean and the staff explained thoroughly what to expect, so when I went in, I was ready for it! It was one of the more liberating things I've done in a long time. During the session, it actually felt as though I was finally given permission to consciously and completely relax my entire body. One of the most profound effects I noticed right after my float was that my headache was gone, my neck pain was gone and my back pain was gone. When I left, I felt invigorated and after depriving my senses of external stimuli, I was now acutely attuned to them. Updating my review to only one star, as have a new charge on my cc from regenerate when I never purchased any new services and utilized one of their package offerings that I had purchased in advance the only time we went. I had been told on the phone by the office that my card would not be billed a second time even though it is required to enter the info to use their online booking system. Relaxation at it's finest. This hidden gem couldn't have come to me at a better time. Floatation Therapy is something that we all could benefit from these days. Our society is so filled with stimulation, it's hard to truly relax and be alone with ourselves. The atmosphere inside was incredibly chill. Very clean and zen. The staff took extra time to make sure that I was comfortable before my float. I didn't know what to expect with floating in a pod, but that thing is HUGE! I even got to pick what color I wanted the light to be (so cool). I love the fact that I didn't have to shut it all the way if I didn't want to, to get some air flow inside. I've tried floating in tanks and rooms/chambers. They just make me queasy and so humid. After the float, the lady that worked there and I talked about my float and she even offered some awesome advice for my meditation practice. It just shows how much she cared.
