I have never had any complaints with this facility because they've always taken care of me and my family member. Let me be clear, We are not related to Dr Chin or any staff in this Office but we get treated as if we're family. Even to the day I have started coming back with Dr Chin this year because I left due to Insurance reasons since nothing has changed. It's the same energy as before as if I'm family, everyone remembers me, especially Dr Chin. 10/10 I recommend them to anyone.

Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. But the next time I'll make sure I request to get the blood work done in the same visit!

No one explained anything until I asked. After a family emergency caused me to miss the two-day follow-up, the receptionist -- rude, unprofessional, and careless -- refused to help and said I had to redo everything. They were rough during the exam and even left bruises on me. I paid $120 and had to fight just to get $80 back. If I had her name, I would report them to the health department in a heartbeat. Save yourself the time, money, and disrespect -- do not go here.

Keep in mind that this is a walk in clinic so they can be a wait but if you have an appt the wait really isn't too bad. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is from a couple of issues relating to the staff (not calling in meds, kind of a big deal). The admin assistants were then dealing with a heavier set lady (who worked there) with short curly hair who spoke to them like them were dirt on her shoe. So no wonder the front of house staff treats people coming in the door terribly when that's how they are treated internally. We wasted time filling out all documents and sitting for an hour before being told being seen here would be a liability because he had already had a surgery on his clavicle. All we wanted was to review his pain management and wound care. Not to mention the place is FILTHY from the outside. You are a dollar sign to these people. And I'm not even sure they have qualified enough staff. Overall nightmare.

AAA Urgent Care Visit - A 5-Star Experience with Dr. Celina Costa…read more Date of Visit: August 5, 2026 On August 5, 2026, my husband was dealing with what appeared to be a stomach bug. He had been sick for several days, and although he was staying hydrated, he was barely eating. He started to feel a little better, but after eating some junk food, including chips and cheese doodles, his stomach problems came back. Before long, he was spending most of his time in the bathroom again and was clearly not getting better. I became concerned because he was not eating and his symptoms were continuing. I suggested that he go to an AAA Urgent Care so he could be evaluated by a medical professional. When we arrived at the AAA Urgent Care, we were immediately greeted by Ms. Vanessa at the front desk. She was welcoming and helpful when we checked in. After my husband completed the check-in process, a medical assistant brought him into the back to take his vital signs before the doctor came into the room. They checked his blood pressure, weight, and other vital signs. The medical assistant also asked him several questions about his symptoms and entered the information into his chart. Then we met Dr. Celina Costa, and I have to say, she was a 5-STAR experience! I was impressed by how young she was and, more importantly, by how knowledgeable and confident she was when speaking with us. My husband is 66 years old, and he had several logical questions about what he was experiencing. Dr. Costa took the time to answer every question and explained things in a way that we could understand. What impressed me even more was that she didn't just tell him what to do--she educated him. Dr. Costa gave my husband examples of ways to stay hydrated while dealing with a stomach bug. She also provided us with information about foods he should eat and foods he should avoid while his stomach was recovering. She even recommended some economical over-the-counter items that could help with his symptoms. I appreciated that she considered practical and affordable options instead of making everything complicated. Dr. Costa also had a wonderful personality. She was friendly, energetic, and genuinely seemed happy and excited to help us. She made us feel comfortable throughout the visit, and by the time we left, we were actually happy that we had decided to come to Urgent Care. My husband followed Dr. Costa's suggestions and recommendations, and the next day he felt about 80% better and was trying to get himself back to feeling normal. I want to say THANK YOU, Dr. Celina Costa, for making us feel welcomed, taking the time to answer our questions, and sharing your knowledge with us. Sometimes having a doctor who takes a few extra minutes to explain things can make such a difference.
