I'm…read moreusing free wi-fi, have access to free snacks, coffee and water and have already had several updates on her condition during the 2.5 hour surgery thanks to the pager they provide you when you are in the building (they call your cell phone if you leave). I've spent a lot of time in hospitals having my own parts fixed and waiting around for others to have procedures done - typically it's a crapshoot on when you'll get officially checked in, who will administer your anesthesia or when you'll be able to find out anything about the patient. Not today - the anesthesiologist called the gf last night to confirm her allergies. We were told to be ready to be checked in at 7:30 this morning (they had her dressed and her IV set by 7:35). Her surgery was supposed to last 2.5 hours and I just got word (at exactly 11:30) she's been wheeled to recovery. They had her permits for a handicap placard ready for me to take to the DMV as soon as they took her in to surgery as well - to say this has been a monster success so far would be one hell of an understatement. Of course I'll hold off on five stars until I've been a patient up here, but for now I couldn't be happier with the treatment she and I both have experienced. Bravo, Baylor - as a Bear, I'm pretty pleased right now.

They are not the best for people who have pain problems, especially in the back in the rear end but standings always an option anytime that you speak to a provider there was two so when I spoke to the intake, there was two people when I had had my urine sample requested there was two people and then when I saw the doctor, there was also the nurse inside so that was comforting to have someone else in there with me instead of being alone with a doctor, especially when I couldn't understand everything, the nurse was able to help explain it to me, Dr. Saeed is amazing. He definitely took the time to break everything down to request the right kind of testing and to get me started on a new pain treatment which it's only been a week and it's already helping.

More or less, every month since then there have been issues with my medications either not being sent or not being approved by insurance. You're appointment will be a month after the last appointment then they won't submit your medications timely because "they forgot" and "are busy performing procedures"; which I'm sure is true but is a statement towards patients in and of itself. The people at the front desk will tell you things that aren't true such as ask if you can be available for procedures on a Wednesday then when you call to confirm they'll say that procedures aren't performed on Wednesday but the DR is too busy to send in your script cause they are performing procedures.... on a Wednesday. If they say they are going to call you back, Don't count on it. This is not to impinge their skills as medical professionals at all. They are good DR's just absolutely horrible at communication or pretending like you as a patient matter unless you are right in front of them. When you are already suffering from chronic pain due to injuries, the professionals you are forced to see for help, shouldn't stress you out further and almost every experience I have turns into a headache.

I found two doctors that are way more cost-efficient for somebody with health without health insurance and I've repeatedly asked for my records and they act like they can't print out a statement of what I paid. I have asked about more than 30 days ago and legally they're supposed to give me my records, but they won't give them to me so I don't know what's wrong with this place. They probably didn't even know what they're doing. This place is horrible. They're unfriendly they're unorganized and they don't care. All they care about is money. I would not suggest this place to anyone. I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I only wish the best for her and look forward to seeing the growth of her business! If I ever have issues and need physical therapy or chiropracty again, I would definitely go to her again. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area -- whether it's chronic pain, athletic damage, or from a car crash, she was able to handle it all.

Then I started having MRI's of my pain issues, my neck, back, shoulders and both knees and he started to understand WHY I was on so many meds. But I also understand Pain Management Drs are being scrutinized and limited as to what and how much they can prescribe for pain. Turns out the new law is such that you can only take that dose of Morphine, IF you're a cancer patient, that's it, no one else can be prescribed that dosage amount of Morphine. Initially, it was pretty difficult. But, then he did an oblation on my lower back and that was the first part of my healing process. Unfortunately, it doesn't last forever, so I have to return every year to have the nerves in my lower back burned... The next area of pain was my knees, so I was referred to an Orthopedic Surgeon and he replaced both my knees within 7 weeks of each other. That was TOUGH. So knees are on the mend. Now I just have a torn rotator cuff to deal with and Tendonitis in the other shoulder and my neck issues... We're getting there and I think Dr Neleson understands why I need to see him every month. I don't know how I would be able to live a decent life without his help. He has been a lifesaver. It may take a few months, but once you get to know Dr Neleson, you wouldn't want anyone else on your side, helping you, but him...

After some back and forth and being told different things by different staff members, the office manager called me and said they were firing me from the practice because "the doctor and I are not on the same page".
