These people are lifesavers I was in a motorcycle accident in October and I was fighting with the Insurance about who is at fault I was sent from doctor to doctor because they didn't take the other person's insurance, but when I was finally referred to liberty healthcare, they took the insurance no problem And when it was my first time there they started treating on me and also got me in contact With a lawyer who I Then hired, and that day that I hired the lawyer, the Insurance admitted 100% fault to the accident so then I was able to continue treatment with liberty healthcare and every day I had to go in there it was inviting and had very caring people and they actually wanted to be there and do their jobs and actually help people I've been to a couple physical therapy places but this one is my favorite one by far they accommodate to your needs their nonjudgmental people and all their staff that they have hired are fantastic people. If it wasn't for them I would be in a lot of financial trouble wouldn't have gotten my settlement and wouldn't have my old body back. My PCP referred me to this clinic due to a car crash. When I first walked in, I was in extreme pain and very nervous as I had never had to go through this type of situation before. EVERY member of the staff is kind, friendly, and genuinely make you feel like you are seen. Their billing specialist provided me with a "how to" to navigate the insurance side of my treatment. Both ladies at the front desk were open and kind. The physical therapists are both knowledgeable and caring. I really do feel as though they all made sure I was able to safely do my therapies to get back on my feet. The massage therapists are both warm and educational, and I feel like I was able to take away better life habits from our sessions, and not just the relief from pain this therapy offered. Doc made me feel both safe and cared for with every appointment. He eased my anxieties about my healing and worked with me when I had to start going back to work. I have just recently finished my therapy, and am due for a wellness visit in a month. I went to Liberty Healthcare after my doctor's office recommended them for back pain from a car accident. I had prior back pain from years of sitting at a desk for work as well. The doctor explained everything about my treatment plan thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. After a couple of months working with Liberty Healthcare, I am almost completely pain-free. I can now sit and stand for longer periods of time, and I know what to do when I do have pain. Even though I was released from treatment, most of the stretching and exercises I did while there I can now do at home on my own. Additionally, scheduling was easy and accommodating, and the staff is AMAZING. They are so nice and fun to be around! They also worked directly with the insurance of the at-fault party, which saved me a lot of hassle. When I was released, I was also encouraged to come back every 4-6 weeks for "maintenance," which I plan to do. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs pain relief. read more

I was sent here after a car accident and am so glad I got to be treated by Dr. O and her amazing team. Delia at the front desk is wonderful- very quick to help with any issues and gave me grace when I forgot about an appointment. Miss Callie was my main therapist and she's such delight to work with. Always very cognizant of the exercises and checking to make sure I wasn't in any pain. I saw Dr. O every visit to get adjusted and she's super knowledgeable and patient. She stayed on top of all my referrals to make sure I was getting the additional specialist care I needed. Julia is a phenomenal massage therapist and I loved ending my visits with her, she is amazing at deep tissue and really working out the kinks. The other staff I interacted with (Taylor and Jonathan) were also great. I felt back to my old self after my 2 months of treatment. I had a great experience at Liberty Healthcare. To begin I can tell you that the ladies in the front desk are such a joy to see as soon as you walk in. They greet you as if you are the first patient they have seen. Of course, I come in towards the end of their day and they have already seen patients throughout the day. Next, I will say that the staff giving the therapy are also very personable and quite knowledgeable in their area of service.The massage therapists are such an awesome part of my day, they have such a gift with those hands of theirs, just excellent! ! I wish I could take them home with me for a daily massage. Last, but not least is Dr. Nick. He's always so energetic and has such a great personality. I must say, I have never previously completed therapy sessions. BUT this time around I looked forward to coming to Liberty, starting with the nice smiling face Ms Madison who was friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Dr. Nick was always so friendly and professional, he has high energy. The guys (men) as I call them, Anthony, Keith, Rohul, just love them. We always had great conversation, and they were always concerned about where my pain was on that day and gave me the exercise that would help, the knowledge they have to help you feel better is great. Ok now to the best part, I never had massages with my physical therapy. Melissa is phenomenal, pressure Points were spot on, she Knew exactly how to work the knots out. I am so glad that I found this place. My daughter and I were in a very bad accident and The staff at Liberty Healthcare went above and beyond from the time we made our initial appointments all the way up until we closed out our case with the insurance company. They do everything from A-to-Z and all you have to do is just show up. Anyone that has been in a bad wreck can understand that once you have the energy to even get treatment it's really all you can muster up the energy to do. So it was such a relief to not have to worry or stress over The small details because they had it all covered. They will charge your personal protection insurance instead of the person's who hit you in the wreck and fabricate the extent of your injuries to milk all the insurance money they can get.
