I initially thought it was a Korean bbq because of the usual air vents above the tables, but it is not!! We were told it was their launch night and $49 for all you can eat buffet, including Wagyu (my favorite) and seafood. A little more than we were looking to spend but the place looked new and we saw the meat and could not resist. Letz Grill is not Korean, or is it specifically Vietnamese. It's a fusion of the two.. there was Kimchi and Rice paper wraps and gave a great mix of options to eat. Of course we went straight for the Wagyu! Which we were told was 9+ grading. Either way, it was delicious . We had our charcoal grill loaded with Wagyu and huge prawns. They offered us a bowl of complimentary Pho which we accepted. A good size (not too big, save room for Wagyu) and it was extremely tasty. It was made with Wagyu brisket. So good, some went for a second bowl. We were so full, struggled to walk out. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary in Bankstown, go to Letz Grill. You and your tastebuds will thank me for it. Amazing food, new clean restaurant, happy helpful staff and good value. I'll be back. Hopefully they will be licensed. The space is rustic, wooden panelled walls and wooden tables, some with mosaic tiles. Seats are made plush with cushions and the space is decorated with bird cages and bunches upon bunches of flowers. This styling makes it feel homely and comfortable. The space is large, with a few seated spaces, so you could certainly take a group there. Order at the counter, and you can select from the wide menu or something small (and sweet from the glassed display shelf). The menu is superb and we could have ordered so many things - healthy açai bowls, to eggs benny, brekkie boards, French toast or waffles, it's a shame we could only fit three things in our bellies! Glacage has three brekkie boards to choose from: the Glacage, Aussie and Mediterranean. We went for the Mediterranean - a generous service of chorizo, haloumi, mushroom, eggs, olives and more! A healthy brekkie that is certainly possible to share. Sautéed mushrooms on toasted sourdough, with truffled mayonnaise, steamed asparagus, and crunchy poached eggs, topped with micro herbs. The mayo was divine and we really enjoyed the truffle flavour to the dish. We would 100% order this time and time again. We also couldn't go past the strawberry cheesecake waffles for a sweet choice to end the meal. The crunchy waffles were topped with and a granola crumb. A must order for those with a sweet tooth. Coffee by St Ali Coffee Roaster, fresh juices, smoothies and more, you will find a drink to suit your meal. We went for a coffee and chai which were both lovely blends. It's real good. I haven't found a place that serves up such fresh meat every time till now. At $39 a head, it's a relatively affordable bang for your buck place. The variety in meats is also good. Not to mention, their prawns are always so large! A kilo of those and you've nearly made back your money! An extra $3 gets you unlimited soft drinks. I would also recommend getting a bottle of soju or maekgoelli (milky looking rice wine) to really complete the meal. The alcohol just enhances the experience really. That might set you back around $10-15 a bottle, though you'll be sharing so it's all a-ok. They also have a good range of hot food (e.g. fried chicken, japchae, which are these noodles, korean pancakes, dumplings, sushi) and korean soups (such as spicy tofu soup). There's lots to eat and plenty of veggies around to accompany all that meat. They also have a little bibimbap station for you to assemble your own! I'd eat that last as rice is super filling. If you feel like splurging more, they offer a premium set that includes a set of sashimi and crazy wagyu beef. It's around an extra $20 a head. Personally, I don't think it's worth it as it's only an one off (e.g. only one serving of sashimi and wagyu) but feel free to try it! Either way, you need to make this place your go to KBBQ.
