He promptly answered questions about this company and process, and was very accommodating to all of our requests. The day of our event (a Kick-off/Launch Event for our new Women's Ministry program at our church), he and his team member arrived on time, set-up and  did a great job with the people who got their picture taken, or did the 360 video. We absolutely love the finished video and it vastly exceeded our expectations. Todd is absolutely brilliant and every interaction with him was a pleasure, as he's a true professional who loves what he does. Our wedding project was unconventional given that Todd didn't actually shoot the wedding. Our original videographer company was CollabCreation Films and they never provided a finished video. Shortly after our wedding we learned that the company shutdown and ended all communication with clients. We found out later that the company had been shooting weddings the entire year while accepting payments without the intent of ever providing a finished product. After many stressful months, we finally received the raw footage. But that didn't provide much consolation as the raw footage consisted of a portfolio of over 200 clips anywhere in length between 3 seconds to 30 minutes without any order or resemblance of a coherent story. Given that state of the raw footage my wife and I thought that we would never have a finished wedding video. However, Todd is insanely good at what he does and was able to capture all of our favorite moments of our favorite day. He perfectly edited them all together into an amazingly beautiful finished product. I'm astonished how well it turned out given that they didn't shoot the video and the state of the raw footage. Todd truly worked wonders. Words cannot describe how thankful we are for the video. We were very lucky to have found Mike Moon Studios as they helped turn a worst case scenario into something we will cherish for the rest of lives. It's hard to imagine how good it could have turned out if Mike Moon Studios was with us during the entire process! Thank you, Todd, for kindly taking on our project and giving us the best recreation of memories from our wedding day!

I booked a 30min session with him of which we spent 3-5 mins of actually taking pictures and 10 mins of reviewing the pictures on his computer and the rest of the time was chatting pretty much. He's a friendly and nice guy but he made way too much small talk which isn't great when you're paying for studio time. I left the studio unhappy with how my pictures turned out and he didn't encourage me to take a few more shots. Even when I asked if we should take more shots, he said "unless you're going to wow me with something I haven't seen yet, it may not be worth it". The final edited photo he sent was okay - in my opinion, too touched up and when I asked if he could send me another version that didn't look as photoshopped, he said he was going on vacation for a month and he would do it after (which was fine). What wasn't fine was that after a month, he didn't end up doing it and merely sent me back the original, unedited photo and told me to go to Fiverr to get someone to do it. Why offer the service if you're not going to follow through on it?

I had recently moved to the area and needed a photographer to shoot a corporate headshot. I won an award and needed a picture for a magazine. Bryan came through! He did it! I was…read morea very low-key bride and I don't like having my picture taken, so I was apprehensive about being photographed on top of being the center of attention at the wedding. Tom put me at ease from our first phone conversation and made the whole process simple and stress-free. We took pictures before the ceremony and Tom got great shots of our family and wedding party. Everyone was relaxed and smiling, and the pictures turned out beautifully with everyone looking their best. Tom and Polly were so friendly and easy to work with, and I found (to my complete surprise) that the photography session helped take the edge off my nerves before the ceremony. They were unobtrusive during the ceremony and reception, but they got great shots throughout the night. They captured sweet and funny moments that I didn't get to see at the time, since I was too busy visiting. I really can't recommend Tom Smarch Photography enough.
