There is an alternative to going to a dealership…read more I was fortunate to have had a friend that referred me to them as I have a Prius and pretty much every other auto repair shop referred me to a dealership as they do not work on hybrids Matt absolutely did everything requested and the quality spoke for itself. The value of the customer service and work done far exceeds their price! which was lower by far than a dealership They have a lifetime customer now!! They went way above and beyond! So grateful to have found them.

Leo & Sons Auto Repair is a family-owned business, which really resonated with me. I've been to several auto repair shops in the past, and I often had to return because parts were missing, issues weren't fully resolved, or something else broke during the repair process. At Leo & Sons, I also got my state inspection done, and the whole process was seamless. They gave me peace of mind from the moment I contacted them. They have a fantastic text message system and an easy-to-use website where you can book appointments. Plus, they send you a digital receipt, so you won't lose it, and it's eco-friendly too. Additional perks: They offer WiFi for guests and have a comfortable waiting area where you can charge your phone or laptop and work remotely if needed, or just check social media or read some of their many funny quotes. Time flew by while I waited. There's also a clean bathroom for clients.

Christina took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. She wasn't pushy at all and genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle for my needs. A deeply disappointing experience -- would not recommend!…read more I moved from Washington to Massachusetts in the summer of 2025, and a few months later I finally decided it was time to look for a new car -- or at least a reliable used one. After months of searching and comparing options, I turned to CarFax to find something trustworthy. That's when I came across the Hyundai Kona that I genuinely fell in love with the moment I saw it on December 31, 2025. It felt like the perfect match after a long, exhausting search. I went to the dealership, asked all the right questions, and did everything a careful buyer is supposed to do. On January 6, 2026, after putting $2,000 down, I drove the car home believing I had finally made a solid, responsible purchase. I truly thought I was starting a new chapter with a dependable vehicle. Unfortunately, what followed tells a very different story. I'm already paying about $700 out of pocket for solenoid replacements and an oil change because the shop found white sludge in the engine. This is on a car I just bought from this dealership. Their "complimentary" oil change means nothing when the vehicle clearly wasn't properly inspected in the first place. I didn't buy this car blindly. I test‑drove it, asked questions, even had my fiancé on FaceTime asking the salesperson things directly. The moment I reached out about the check‑engine codes the car developed, the communication stopped. No reply, no concern, no accountability. This experience has convinced me to avoid dealerships entirely from now on. If you're considering buying a "certified" used car from them, bring your own mechanic, because their 130‑point inspection feels like nothing more than a sales pitch. Even the manager who finalized my paperwork gave me the same scripted lines about pricing and future repairs. None of it matched the reality of what I'm dealing with now. I expected payments under $300; instead, I'm paying almost $400 for a car that needed engine work almost immediately. The warranty has been useless, and the dealership has shown no interest in making things right. If they truly cared about customers, they would stand behind what they sell and offer at least a year of coverage for issues that show up right after purchase. I do not recommend this business. This was my first dealership purchase in years, and it will absolutely be my last. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the disappointment.
