He was willing to work on the old broken automatic starter but for the price of the new unit and to have a warranty on it I just had them install a new one. It took exactly as long as they said it would and it works great. They are definitely a good value and seem to use only high quality parts. When I buy a new vehicle I will definitely use them again for aftermarket upgrades.

Since I'm local to Chelmsford, I recommended this shop to him, knowing from my own experience that the work was great. Even though it was a long drive for him, I assured him it would be worth it. When we picked up the car, the guy who installed the rain guards mentioned it was his first time doing them and hoped they would stay on. I was a little taken aback by that, but I figured everyone has to start somewhere. A week later, my boyfriend went through a car wash, and the rain guard immediately fell off. We called the shop, and after about a week, he made the drive back for a replacement. When he got there, they opened the box and realized they had gotten th him the wrong part. Honestly, I felt that they should've double-checked the part before he drove all that way. After a few more weeks, the correct part was finally installed, but just three weeks later, it fell off again. At this point, we're extremely frustrated with the repeated issues--three times in total. We've wasted time, gas, and money, and the whole experience has been disappointing. I won't be returning or recommending this shop to anyone. If you're looking for reliable rain guards, I suggest looking elsewhere.

They called me on May 31st and said the mirror was never ordered and they had to order it that day which meant I would have to wait until the mirror came in for completion. Now my 30 day insurance rental expired so I had to pay out of pocket for an additional 8 day rental. I picked up my car today June 8th and had to have them take it back in to buff the door they painted as it was scuffed. The Manager or owner never came out to apologize but they did make sure I paid my $300 deductible before I left. I would not recommend them to paint my toes never mind my car again.

He charged her $60. If a guy charges a little old lady the right price, someone with whom he could make up any story and she'd cut a check, he's an honest guy. Her car was an old Chevy. He always beats the RepairPal price by a few bucks and I've never had something suspiciously go wrong a week later, like happens with many other places, if you catch my drift. One time when I was busy up to my eyeballs and he'd told me twice I needed new tires, he offered to research and get some for me. I said sure, fine, and the price was a bit high but he said I needed these for winter driving, so fine. Months later when I had some time, I looked up tires in Consumer Reports, and there was one brand that was superior for both snow traction and wet pavement traction; that was the brand on my car. They were exactly the tires I'd buy if I researched them. Ladies, he's easy on the eyes too.
