My husband and I stayed in Laura's room, which was beautiful. Actually, the whole house looks impeccable. There are free snacks and drinks and a living room area guests can use downstairs. When we went in the summer we were woken up early by the sound of many birds singing. Then we had breakfast. We're not usually breakfast-people, but the fresh fruit and mint ( some from the garden) with yogurt, honey and preserved lemon were incredible. The hospitality of Cathy and Jack for those who stayed overnight in some of the 3 bedrooms we rented for the weekend was 5 star. The daily breakfast was prepared from scratch and was all locally sourced and prepared perfectly. Our wedding day was literally perfect and Frog Pond was a big part of the reason why. Our room was very big and included a 2 person jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. They offer 24/7 self serve coffee and tea and have several small refrigerators you can use to chill your own items. There is an area for board games and a nice sitting area as well. The owners Micah and Darcy were extremely friendly and took into consideration our food allergies and dietary restrictions for breakfast which was wonderful (pictured). The home was built in the 1700's and is part of the original settlement of the town. Such a great place to stay and the owners were more than accommodating. We recommend this place to anyone passing through their small town.

I will definitely try to stay here again when I'm back in the area. Each of the small towns within a 15-20 minute drive has restaurants and sights to see. The fridge in the room is great for bringing back local cheese and wine. Also the keurig in the room is well stocked and convenient. My wife and I just got back from a four day trip in the Finger Lakes. We stayed at Water to Wine…read moreglamping and had the most enjoyable time. the hosts, Rainey and Jeff were so warm,accommodating and gracious. They thought of everything one would need to have a great, relaxing time. A gourmet breakfast was served every morning in an open air pavilion. ( I am a retired chef and was very impressed by how delicious and beautifully presented the plates were).In the evening, Jeff would start a roaring fire in the fire pit and Rainey would serve fancy marshmallows for the guests to enjoy. They even provided gas grills and and all the utensils you would need. They really thought of everything to make you stay easy and fun. They were so friendly and easy to talk to. I feel like I knew them for years. The tents are well spaced and you have plenty of privacy. They are beautifully decorated and the bed was fabulous. I loved falling to sleep to the sounds of frogs singing every evening. The location is near many attractions such as wineries, lakes and a water park only a short 15- 30 minutes away. We are already making plans to return next summer and I can't wait. If you want to relax in nature without all the hassles of camping, than this is the perfect place for you.
