Kelsey was was upbeat, knowledgeable, attentive and delivered amazing patient service. Kelsey was everything you expect and wish to have attending you in a hospital setting. She explained everything in detail and made sure - going out of her way to ensure that all of the information that we were given to take with us was accurate and that we understood it all. Kelsey never showed any signs of annoyance at answering all of our questions and we had a lot!!! God bless you, Kelsey. Emory is darned lucky to have you on their medical staff.
