Kelsey was was upbeat, knowledgeable, attentive and delivered amazing patient service. Kelsey was everything you expect and wish to have attending you in a hospital setting. She explained everything in detail and made sure - going out of her way to ensure that all of the information that we were given to take with us was accurate and that we understood it all. It's been 15 hours since they have ordered the MRI and we still don't have a time or even a plan as to when, where or what we will be doing. This is absolutely ridiculous for a hospital such as Emory. We will never step foot inside this hospital again!!!! So we have now been here 20 hours and no food offered what so ever. There should be a law against people being treated like this at a place that is suppose to be making you well. I tried going out to find some food but all that is in the cafeteria is chips and drinks. And trying to come back to my husband's room was almost impossible.
