The…read moreNavy Federal App is always down for some reason and when you call the toll free number they can never give you any information that is really helpful but they constantly tell you they are sorry for the inconvenience. The most irritating thing is I live in Albany, GA and the only Navy Federal they have is located on the Marine Base and they do not have a ATM in town where you can withdraw or deposit money without having to try and go onto the military base which is very inconvenient .

I've never spoken to him and the people there have royally screwed up my account and added policies to my account that are not mine. They charge a lot of money and won't price match anything because they don't feel comfortable with the coverage amount. Mind you this was for a renters policy and I asked to be covered for what my complex requested. State Farm charged me twice as much and refused to cover me for what I asked and added on much more, despite being a loyal customer who has always paid their bills in full and on time. I'm sure other State Farm agents in other areas are great, but Bobby is horrible.
