I have been a customer of Tim Thomas' State Farm Insurance ever since he started back in the 1990s. I have been fortunate enough to count on one hand the number of times that I have "needed" their services in all those years, and every time have needed them, they have come through with flying colors as one would hope and expect. But my most recent incident was a difficult one thanks to some wild technological glitches somewhere along the way. But no worries! I called first thing one Monday morning and reached Presslie on the phone. After explaining the situation as best I could, she made it her mission to solve the problem. It took a lot of phone calls and several hours on her part, but with the tenacity of a bulldog who wouldn't let go, she kept at it until the situation was resolved favorably. I couldn't thank her enough! Her reply was simply that she loved making things right for the customer. That attitude shows in her work as well as that of all the people who work at the Tim Thomas office, which is probably the primary reason why I am still with them after all these years. They are simply the best at what they do: old-fashioned customer care in a modern world. Highly recommended! read more
