They locked her account, but allowed the scammers to take $350 more dollars out 3 days later and then charged her fees. When we complained they closed her account because she was now a fraud risk. They wouldn't let her withdraw her sizable and rightfully hers money from the account They promise they will send her the money soon. One employee basically encouraged us to complain...so we are.
