When it was finally done, we could not believe the lack of understanding and empathy from this bank. It seems UCBI has no security controls to protect their customers. Now, after supposedly setting up security and adding a VPN to my computer, someone is still accessing our account and now our accounts are frozen. We have been customers for over 20 years, but we are so frustrated right now because no one wants to help us. Customer beware!

Began entering the amoun, typed in 140 when screen started flipping and wouldn't let me complete the amount and then spit out $20.00. I went inside and told them what happened because I didn't want to pay another fee to get the rest of my money. Told me to go try it again, after I just told them of the machine malfunction, or go to a different bank and use their ATM!! I will never use this bank for anything ever again. Came in and the teller was great. There was an issue with driver license number and he quickly resolved. Great experience

I've never really had a problem to be honest. Although I don't go there quite as much anymore, whenever I do, I try to go during an offtime. Living in NYC has taught me that anything in the rush-hour period is insane and just self-torture, so instead of fighting it out, I either come to the ATM afterhours or I will make it a point to come with an appointment. It helps to make the appointment online and you're already in the system. They do have social distancing and more bank associates now than a few years ago so I know they are growing. Service has always been good, but then again I've always had my stuff ready so that it was a fast process. I don't expect people to fix my issues if I don't have the things that they need to fix it which honestly is also very helpful when dealing with banks. Their notary department is on point (appt recommended). I didn't have my ATM card with me since I just brought my phone and ID, but they were able to help me anyway with my drivers license. Irina Song was so on point, she even checks the document to make sure that I know what I'm signing. I'm glad that this level of responsibility exists here at this branch. Will definitely encourage users to look into using this location!

They also is extremely friendly and easy to talk to, when pulling things up instead of waiting awkwardly they can always talk about something so that time is used efficiently. I've been to a couple other bank of America's and my experience here was by far the best because staffs here. I have multiple bofa around me within 10 minutes but this location staff makes the extra drive worth it because they makes it sound like they really cares.
