We emailed the merchant for 3 months about the remainder of the order to no avail. We filed a dispute with NF. We sent proof where the merchant clearly apologizes and acknowledges (in April) that they still didn't fulfill the order (see attachment). Easy decision right? Wrong! NF said the merchant, yes the merchant makes the final decision if the dispute is approved or denied and since the merchant sent 4 of the 8 shorts, they denied the claim and get to keep the money for the 4 shorts we did not receive. This makes zero sense. Do yourself a favor and don't bank with them. The people there are incompetent and they care nothing about their members. Midflorida Credit Union is much better.

We found that she had a small account at this bank. My husband is trying to help his dad, and he has worked for 6 months to get the tiny check sent to his father. Less than $100.00. To his dad, that is a lot of money. He has been put through step after step to get the money sent to his dad. He has done everything that was required. The check was to be sent after a 3 month wait. Now, his dad has a letter saying fees are being taken out because it is an active account. Her death certificate was submitted in June. This family has already been put through the grief of losing their mother. Now, they have to deal with this? Stay away from this bank. It looks like a form of elder abuse if you ask me. Please share this to make sure that this does not happen to someone else.

The name on my receipt says Cash box #4 - Ruth, but that might just be the tellers name she was helping. When I walked in she wasn't even at the booth, she was talking in one of the small offices and there were people waiting. I guess we have to wait for her to finish her conversation. Then she comes along and tells everyone where to go very rudely, when we were already in the line waiting. Like really? There's ample parking in their shared lot. There are specific spots marked upfront for TD Bank customers. I try to avoid coming here around lunch hour. It seems to always be the busiest then.

I don't use bill pay, so I can't comment... never have at any bank, and never will. From the sounds of it, the complaints in other reviews seem to be from people who are incapable of using a simple website, or have fiscal issues that are outside the scope of a credit union (or bank) and should probably exist on a cash-only basis anyway. As for locations, any credit union nationwide who participates in CU24 can function as a branch for most services, and any CU24 or Publix ATM is free to use.
