I have had many encounters dealing with the women that work in that library being rude, one example is when I needed to re checkout a book since I only had a few more days to read it. The lady at the desk didn't say a word to me snaches my library card and then concludes by stating "next time do it online" however I was also there for the computers. So why should I not go a head and checkout the book? She could of explained kindly there was a way to do so online however again I was there for the computers. After I proceeded to the computers and began to print a new lady approaches me saying "you need to not use these computers again and use the ones downstairs. I will let you finish this time." in a malicious, superior tone. So I said "okay thank you for so kindly telling me that information!" I have never been so humiliated in my life! Rude! How dare anyone speak to anyone in such a manor! People need to realize that their words can impact someone's day. You never know how someone might be feeling and it's important to take that into consideration before you starting being rude. Think before you speak.

To make matters worse, my photo ended up attached to the page. No municipal takeover was intended. Well we had dinner and were there, right in front of the battleship at 8pm waited until 9:10pm and the fireworks started about ONE mile away on the river, we could barely see it, we could hear the noise but were very dissatisfied and disappointed. We know you are a very popular Mayor but you failed big time on this 249 anniversary of our Independence.
