This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. It's known that scanning packages and not delivering is an issue within the usps. Just help people when they come to inquire about something they've paid for and now don't have it because it wasn't delivered. My money is gone! There are two bald headed males who work there, the one with the glasses was very nice and professional, the one without the glasses asked me a rude question "Is this envelope yours"..? As in implying if I paid for the pre stamped envelope, common sense would say how else would I get it? The only way to get a pre stamp envelope, is to purchase it directly from the employee. I already brought the pre stamp envelope with me before entering the store, that means the envelope is already paid for , then once I answered him yes, he purposely overcharged me, when I came in the day before when the nice bald headed employee with glasses rang up my total , it was $9.17 , the next day when the bald headed employee without the glasses rang me up, he overcharged me $10.47, which I thought it was very odd, I didn't question it, but I wanted to share this on Yelp, I will NEVER ever go to this location again.
