Absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for more than one year, extremely happy that this place had re-opened given the covid-19 situation. Note that their prices have increased from $35/hour full body massage and $300 for 10 massage pack to $40/hour full massage and $350 for 10 massage pack. Upon entering the store, you are given a temperature check, and also hand sanitizer spray on both your hands and your shoes. During the body massage, you must keep your face mask on at all times (protect each other!), and they no longer touch your face. I've had the same masseuse over the year(s) and she's great; rego beauty spa has all sort of fantastic masseuse so as long as you find the right one for you you'll keep coming back. For a full body massage you can let your masseuse know in advance you have any pain points you'd like them to work on, or even tell them you want more body time and less leg time (or whatever you prefer) and they're generally very accommodating. There have been times where the receptionist messed up the times of my reservation and/or thought it was shorter than it should be, so definitely double check with the receptionist prior to your arrival of your appointment, and make sure your masseuse knows how long your appointment is (body massages go by 1 hour, 1.5 hour, or 2 hours). Honestly the reservation mix ups are the worst, and god forbid if it happens, there's really nothing you can do especially if the receptionist is adamant about it and refuses to apologize (and that's super annoying). Regardless I highly recommend to just call in advance and enjoy the massage that they provide. read more

Some friends in the neighborhood swear by this place so I took the plunge today. $45 cash for one hour massage. $47 for credit card. The place is clean and hygienic. The rooms have fans and a place to hang up your items. Nancy was recommended. She went right to the problem areas in my back and after an hour I feel detoxified and my back feels better. I'm not sure if I'd come back here because when I came tonight, they asked me to leave a higher tip. I always leave 20% or higher and for a $40 massage, I left $10 but the receptionist said the tip has to be higher. I think the receptionist might be new; I've never seen her before. 20% is $8 so $10 is already higher than that. I leave $20+ tip if it's a really good massage but didn't do so this time because I did not have a good experience but still wanted to leave a tip. I didn't want to argue because I was tired and had a long day of work so I left $15 tip but I'm annoyed because I asked a few times for the massage therapist to go harder in my shoulders and focus more on my shoulders but they didn't listen to me, and they also somehow managed to break two of my nails during the massage (they did the finger pulling thing and my nails are already short so I think they pulled it too hard). Even though it wasn't good, I always leave a tip. Meaning you will hear noise, you will be given like two minutes to dress and undress. And they WILL walk in and start prepping the room with you in it if you take longer than that. $45 for a full hour is not something you can beat. Read nice reviews about Eva and decided to give it a try. Came in for a deep tissue massage. It was strong and she even walked on me. The next day my left hip started to hurt. Two days later it didn't get better so I went to a chiropractor. The doctor said that I lost most of internal and external rotation in my left hip joint. All the surrounding tendons are irritated, and the joint itself is out of alignment. My left lower back is out of alignment as well. I'm not sure how many Chiropractic sessions I will need to put my body back into what it was before I came in for a massage. Even after the first chiropractic treatment my left hip is still in pain. Thinking back, I don't think Eva is a certified massage therapist. I don't think a certified massage therapist would put 180lb of weight on one hip joint by standing on it with all her body weight. The front desk lady was nice and gave me a full refund after I explained to her what happened. The refund is of course not enough to compensate for the damage done, missed work days, inability to squat, pain while sitting and walking, out of pocket costs for chiropractor and phisical therapy. read more
