I toured Launch Workplaces LLC in Edgewater and found the facilities there to be very bright and nice. You can rent a stand alone office on the 2nd floor in the Launch suite or have a monthly contract for mail and other services and use the nice conference rooms on the 4th floor. I chose the latter, since this is a secondary office location for me. There are three conference rooms of varying size, all close to the receptionist station. Booking is available online. The facilities and amenities are attractive. If you are a professional or small business person in search of a part time or occasional use business location, check this place out.

The common spaces, like the lounge area, are fine. On the down side, the (windowless) conference rooms are set up with a code access device at the door. This undoubtedly makes their bookkeeping easier, but it resembles a parking meter, which is not good optics for a professional who is meeting with clients. Also, they sent me a renewal with a rate increase applied retroactively with no advance notice. I elected not to renew.

Reserved a co-working space and then had a number of meetings added so I upgraded it to an office…read more They charged me for both. Unable to speak with anyone on the phone (because they said they do not have any native speakers) so I keep getting emails back from the "case" I had to submit. They finally (four emails later) agreed to credit me and then only issued a credit to my account instead of back to my credit card. Three emails later, no response. I will need to dispute it with the credit card company now. Offices were great, I have used them 10+ times. The last 3 times though they have been dirty and even though I lock the door, they walk right in while I am on a call where I am on camera and presenting. No apologies or explanation.

( I guess the previous owner is stuck with paying the 2020 real estate taxes :-( ) You can only use COVID as an excuse for so long.
