Rented a TINY personal office for some temp work I was doing. Only used it for the sake of having a private room. Never used the share space, didn't bring anything outside of my laptop and a charger. Never even changed the temperature in the room. The price was reasonable, about $500 a month which seemed too good to be true for the amenities they were promising (spoiler alert, it was). I went through the whole process of getting approved to use the gym in the building only for my card to never work and for the desk worker at the front to harass me whenever I tried to scan into the gym. Relative to everything else, that was fine, I just worked out somewhere else. What I'm really upset about is the fact that they charged a restoration fee of $4.50 PER SQUARE FOOT when I wanted to terminate the contract. This was hidden as part 52 of their so called "House Rules." What was there to restore? I never moved anything, never made a mess. Just sat in the room, did work and took video calls. I can't imagine that they had to pay someone anywhere near $500 to restore the space. I do not recommend this business to anyone. You're better off working at a cafe or somewhere with WiFi. With all the hidden "service" fees (despite the fact that building staff were extremely cold and unhelpful with any "service") you'd probably spend less just upgrading your home to high speed internet. It's rare I leave a one star review but I honestly can't believe i just wasted $2000 at this company. This place is a scam. The only redeeming quality is how polite the salespeople are, but they're just lying to you to get you suckered into one of these contracts. DO NOT RENT FROM REGUS. read more

I was forcefully moved to this location after my previous location was closed down. I requested a change of locations and was given the run around by everyone at this location and corporate. After 2 months of no responses but still trying to bill me with no services renders and many emails noting my request for assistance and finally cancellation. This location and company do not carry out their agreements. DO NOT use this location. I will be taking further action. read more

You really can't find customer service at this level anymore...Amicable and always looking to help in any way possible. I have to give major credit to the ladies at the reception desk. They lend a professional hand with the genuine warmth of friends you feel like you have known for years. That is hard to come by in today's business/career world... Do not sign with them if you want a usable working space. They promise the moon but once you signed the contract, that's it. You are on the hook and they wont deliver what they promised. Everything cost more and they have lots of restrictions that they didnt tell you about. Management Wont fix or resolve any of your problems. They just want their rent. read more

Their main conference room is great with all the necessary hookups to the TV, a whiteboard, and a great view. I really couldn't ask for anything more with this place. I was with Premier Business Centers for a few years a while back until I found Regus. I am not dissatisfied with my decision to make the move because it is an overall upgrade! The rent for my office is reasonable considering the location and services I get. Its quality over quantity, right? The Regus here is on the 17th floor in City Tower in Orange, CA at "The Block" and it is very professional looking inside and out. The parking isn't that much considering the building aesthetics. Sometimes my clients just park at the block area for free. I can use any Regus worldwide, which I do when I'm traveling, and it's so convenient and an amazing resource tool for my company. The staff here is the absolute best! There is a man and a woman at the front that assist with everyone need! Their name is Cryssy and Ryan. This location is the busiest I've been (even compared to NY and LA locations that I been to) and these 2 hard workers manage to hold the place down! These two are very prompt, professional, helpful, nice/kind, and outgoing. I am a tough guy to talk to at time because I stay focus on my business and making money but when I see the smile on Ryan & Cryssy face I can't help but smile myself. It sounds cheesy but they really make my day brighter just with them being so upbeat and happy! Regus must treat their employees right if the busy receptionists are happy because I never see them leave because I mean this place is busy. The phones ring all day and the mail delivered daily is a lot but the work gets done professionally. Every client that I see here in the kitchen or the business lounge during lunch hour or in passing looks happy.. A few clients stop by daily at the reception desk to talk to Cryssy and Ryan and honestly I like that because if you have employees that aren't approachable and personable, then it doesn't give a welcoming vibe. The kitchen is always clean and the coffee is always fully stocked. The dishes never pile up in the sink because the staff cleans them and make sure kitchen looks presentable. The bathrooms are always clean and tidy. Sometimes my office gets cold but after I tell the front staff cryssy and Ryan it gets fixed by maintenance in less than 30 minutes maybe not too long of a wait. I am very comfortable and happy as a Regus client! The meeting rooms get used regularly, but it has never been an inconvenience for me because the Cryssy and Ryan always find a way to fit us in a time slot no matter what. I am a satisfied Regus client & I recommend this location 10 out of 10 times!! read more

My company has leased an office space with the Regus Building for approximately 4 years. During my tenure I've seen receptionists come and go. I Would like to take this opportunity to praise the two receptionist at the Regus building for their commitment to the highest quality of customer service. Cryssy and Ryan provide a welcoming and professional environment and it is noticed the second you step onto their floor. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and stellar customer service. The cleanliness and presentation of the office is indicative of their superb organizational skills. The timeliness in which they respond to their clients needs whether via email, phone or in person is exemplary and serves as an example of their continuance hard work and dedication. It goes without saying Cryssy and Ryan are viable asset to the Regus Building Management Company and It is imperative to recognize such proficient customer service.
