I just wish the Nature's Table cafe downstairs had better prices and also the food could taste better. The one quirky thing about this building is that it doesn't have 13th floor labeling, despite there obviously being a 13th floor. Also being one of the tallest buildings around, you get great views of the launches.

Sadly, they would rather rob loyal customers than eat a petty $30 made-up charge that did not cost them a dime! I started with Regus in 2020 and every time you look up they're increasing the fees just because they can. Take your business elsewhere these people will never appreciate you and your money, if they can get over on you they will. The fee was not automatic the fee was added by the nasty manager Carmen then she recommended I ask the help desk to waive it KNOWING she added the fee and she informed TJune T from the help desk NOT TO WAIVE THE unnecessary fee! Because she did not like me or what I had to say about their service and unnecessary fees. But I'm about to make sure EVERYBODY knows about their lies and scamming tactics!

I guess this man got upset the company is doing good & decided to barge in our office & fire everyone & try to bribe us to work for his company. The building has 0 security & the front desk not only allowed this man to barge in the office they also allowed him to steal our equipment the very next day after calling the police the previous day. We informed the owner of the building about this man only for them to allow him to enter our office & steal. Now that we have moved offices we got notified that NOW they want to resolve the fact that their carpet was gross. They also allowed him to rent the office space right next to us. If you want to lease or rent office space make this place your last resort.

I know Guidewell as a healthcare professional because of their state of the art urgent care centers, but this was my first time hearing of this venture. Located in the heart of medical city, this is an office building (but so much more than that!) that caters to health and technology startups and has a really great aesthetic as well as great technology. Where they set themselves apart is with the theater space they rent out for meetings, such as the one I attended. It is quite honestly the coolest auditorium I've ever seen (true 360 view, quality sound, ample screens). The common area in the front is great as well. Parking is free and ample, which makes it stick out from other similarly sized spaces. Guidewell is a local company and is really investing in the local community and it shows. Fostering successful start ups really makes a difference to the local community and the staff were super courteous as well.
