When I arrived at the office the place was packed and I had to wait in a cold waiting area. They asked that I arrive 30 minutes before my appointment time, but I didn't get seen until 20 minutes after scheduled time. The only redeeming factor about my experience was that the nurses here were very polite, but when it came to the actual physical, the doctor was brisk and fished for ways to fail me. The final result of the whole experience was being forced to track down sleep apnea documents that don't exist because the doctor though I may have completed a test in the past. Overall, the nurses here were great, but the rest of the experience was terrible. I can't wait to come back here in the future.

Saw Dr Cooper for that in the office and I was a little nervous but the tech and Dr Cooper made me feel at ease and explained everything he was doing. I ended up having 2 of them and now just yesterday had esi injection. This morning I woke up not in pain. Thank you Dr Cooper. The Tech Lori and Karl too. They are all wonderful and recommend PSSP as I had a wonderful experience they work with you to try to relieve your pain. Thank you all again!

She was always Professional and dedicated to her work. She is highly motivated to giving excellent care. She is sincere and plans to expand her nursing education. I broke my leg in January and had to leave the house for weeks. she took over and worked with the healthcare agencies to create a schedule for the coverage of my husbands needs, made sure that food and meals were covered, did the banking and paid the other support help and kept me informed while I was in the hospital and rehab. She monitored my husbands sacral patch recommended a better wound care cream for his bed sores and maintained a stock medical supply. Made sure that he got his meds, kept him shaved and clean. Provided social interaction and even brought in takeout food for shared dinning. She has an excellent rapport with clients and patients. Kept my husband mentally stimulated with stories and humor. She bonded with my husband and made him feel that she was there for him and dedicated to his wellbeing over anything else. Her goal in life is to provide the best health care a patient can possibly receive. Her dream is to open her own care facility and provide care that would exceed the existing care facilities that exist now. I could not have had a better care person for my husband. I miss having her service and she worked so hard that I thought she would burn herself out. She is devoted to being a health care angel. Marti outshined all of the care givers that I had from several different agencies. She is professional, sincere, dedicated, caring, a honest person with integrity.

I had to take my son to the Pediatric ER. They were amazing. Great with kids. So understanding…read more They admitted my son and we are ending our second night here. They truly made my son feel like a rock star. Thank you to the ER Staff who dealt with a concerned mama. Thank you to EVERYONE here on the 4th floor pediatric unit! The doctors take their time to explain. The nurses come in frequently and always are eager to help, WITH ANYTHING! Always with a smile and ready to communicate and play with the kids. Thank you to the volunteers! Wow. You really know how to get projects started and the kids occupied. And let's never forget the staff who picks up the laundry and handles our food. Just courteous and so warm. Thank you too! Even though we hope to never come back, we are so grateful to have you here if we do. Blessings, your all doing a phenomenal job!

Mixed feelings but more positive than negative…read more Not going to go into details about why I was here but wanted to give some feedback about my experience. *The patient parking lot desperately needs to have the lines repainted. Multiple cars taking up two spots. *For coming in on a late weekend morning the service was quick for what needed to be done. In and out of the waiting room a couple times but not a long wait. When the sun is shining through the windows the warmth of a winter day feels nice. *When finally taken into the ER the service that was provided for my partner was very well. She was highly concerned from previous visits at her own medical places that when drawing blood she was getting pricked multiple times because they couldn't find the vein. She requested an ultrasound which the person who conducted it did it in the first try but wasn't completely successful but it worked enough. The main care taker, Emma?, was fantastic and made my partner very comfortable. I gave her that feedback which cheered up her day. *I noticed on the drapes around the bed where I was sitting had some stains on them. I brought it to Emma's attention and she said she would have the cleaners take care of it. I typically don't need to go to hospitals. I'm what they consider "boring " which is good. But I would come here if I needed immediate attention for something.

And then have a doctor that doesn't follow the protocol for an existing ailment of 20 years. Instead gives you an experimental medicine with side effects that left me unable to move or barely speak and my body went into tremors. And no one bothered to even check on me. I ended up going home still dehydrated and the medicine that she gave me in my arm which was called Risperdal or Risperidone is actually used for schizophrenia and if you look up the side effects I managed to get most of them! She put it in my arm directly to the arm that I had rotator cuff surgery on and it froze the muscles in my arm and I'm still in pain as of today. Also caught some horrible virus from the waiting room as they sat me out there in front of everybody as I was gagging and sweating and throwing up, my immune system is already compromised and this gave me an illness that also attacked my husband and my daughter, I don't know if it was covid or what but the pain through our backs was like a stabbing knife along with all your other flu-like symptoms. I used to trust this Hospital but because of this one particular doctor which whom I am filing Mega amounts of complaints against, I'd rather die than go back there.
