He is hard of hearing and can't hear most of the time but the staff know how to go right up to him and talk in his ear. He was very lonely at home but at Heritage Woods he sits at meals with three other men and enjoys their companionship. His apartment is kept nice and clean. You know when you take a tour of someplace with the marketing director and the staff are "polite" to that person? Like this is the first time they ever spoke to them? Well my tour of Reeds Landing was genuinely nice - like the staff friends! My mom will benefit from a GP doctor having an office and staff on-site. So far, so good. The patient was loud obnoxious and not letting the staff and owner help her. I am absolutely amazed at how calmly the staff was and the owner to talk this patient down and have her continue with her visit. This was a first for me. The office is very spacious, clean, with private rooms and many different types of equipment that I only took pictures of because I myself have never used them. The staff is extremely patient, respectful and go above and beyond for their patients. I have another apt Friday in their Southwick office.
