Never got my Mirror for guest bathroom. Never got my seat in my guest shower. Hand rails are way too big and bulky for my guest shower. And placed incorrectly.Towel rails are right above the toilet. Those need to be re placed with smaller rails. Never came back to finish unpainted door in master bathroom, and fuse box. Needs to come finish caucking around the tile and base trim. Left paint stains on my carpet and patio. Does not return my calls/text.

There were some problems with sub contractors, but the owners tried to make those things right. 5 years later, it feels like every time we turn around we find another problem. Not cosmetic, but problems with the quality of work. Just a few problems have been trim that didn't get put back up under low windows, shelves mounted with the screws in the wrong place, pebbles left under the flooring, I can go on and on. Our most recent was that a shower door just fell off. As my husband looked at it to put it back up, he found that they had mounted the heavy glass door into the shower surround with nothing behind it for the screws to hold to except some glue!!! Efforts to repair this problem found that they mounted the whole shower surround with nothing behind it but the studs. No shower board, Sheetrock or anything!!! The subcontractors cut corners everywhere possible and no one monitored the quality of work. Use the utmost caution if you hire this company and monitor EVERYTHING because they won't.

I called Nick and he had a Master Electrician at my house later that evening, who was also very patient while I ask a bunch of questions to find the right solution for me even though the one, we picked would not require any electrical work. Saving me a bunch of money. Nick is very responsive and a good communicator. He is very experienced in wide range of skills and project types. Like any project there are challenges as you go, and Nick just took care of them one-by-one quickly and competently. Nick was very thorough he made sure the scope the work included necessary stuff that other tradesmen may have ignored. So when the job was done it was fully complete, solid, up to code and realistically priced. Nick is now my go-to for any work I need done to the house. Highly Recommended!
