I fell a couple of blocks from home, had to skate home, then my husband drove us here. Luckily we already knew about this place. I got in to Premier Urgent care right away, got an X-Ray right away, was taken over to the other side of the building to CCSMO right away, saw Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Robert Coats right away, he did more X-Rays right away, reset my wrist, scanned the wrist again, determined it did not need surgery, and put the cast on, did more scans to make sure the cast was perfect. I fell just before 2pm on Monday and was treated and home with my cast just before 4pm. Less than 2 hours for repairing a broken bone! I was incredibly impressed. As if that wasn't enough, everyone was so kind and helpful. All of the doctors, nurses, X-Ray technician, the other staff, really everyone is wonderful. I have had multiple checkups with Dr.Coats, all have gone well. I am in Occupational Therapy with Brian 2-3 a week. Everyone in the Physical Therapy part is so friendly and helpful. You can tell they all care about helping their patients. I am blown away by how much Brian knows! He's been doing this for ~20 years!

Got to the office and was told that the doctor was running an hour behind.  I didn't actual see the doctor for 4 1/2 hours later. Multiple people in the office had been waiting a similar length.  I know because people were complaining about the wait.  The doctor himself was not the issue just the rest of the office. I was told the reason for the time delay was that multiple doctors were sharing two room. I don't know how that was an acceptable excuse given that there was not a surprise number of doctors and rooms at the location. The location is also a bit run down as well. I'm posting this so people know before committing to the office.  Its easier to never go to the office versus switching.  I ended up accepting the lost and just spent more money switching doctors. I know everyone can't afford to do that.

However, the films turned out to be quite useful and the care I received, both from a clinical and personal standpoint, was excellent. Dr. Mitchell took his time, was remarkably friendly but also to the point about what would help. I'd recommend this practice to anyone in need of foot care.

X-Ray technician was awful. She gets me from the room not walked in front of me and didn't event…read moredemonstrate what she wanted and how to place my leg "against the board." She just said "put your leg on the board" and walked to some small room in the back. I'm standing in front of this "board" with the back of my leg on the board. She walks out of the small room and just looks at me. No words. Just looks. So I assumed she was waiting for me to reposition it. I do and start moving it, she said "I said against the board." I asked her how and she begrudgingly showed me. I then said "oh with an arch." She says nothing. She then tells me to "bend my leg." She is standing so close to me that I can't move my left one so I'm not falling over. She taps the belt I had on me prior to showing me how to position myself. Inappropriate. She senses I'm upset. She asks if I'm okay. I say no. I told her she has not been demonstrating and she said "if I knew you didn't understand English, I would've gotten you someone." I about lost it. It was about 3 times during those X-rays that I almost walked out of the office completely. She started to gaslight me trying to change the sequence of events. No I know the order of what happened first. No bedside manner whatsoever. Will not be going back.

They have proven to me their deep knowledge of the bodies muscles, tendons and connective tissue and how they are supposed to work. I observed their ability to evaluate me, create a program and schedule. In addition, they provided close one on one coaching and direction, gently pushing to reach goals, and encouragement. There is no anxiety and they are just pleasant people to know and talk to, very communicative. Best of all, I can tell they love what they do and are people persons. Pretty good place to go. A little hidden gem amongst so many choices out there.

I filled out the paperwork and then was asked twice by 2 different people the same answers I had written on the papers. We finally were taken to a room at 1:45 (remember my appointment was at 1:15) AND we were told to arrive by 12:30 for the intake process. After being taken to a room, we were told the doctor would be "right in". We heard the doctor outside our door, thinking he was coming to see us next. He went into the room next to ours to see that patient that he arrived AFTER we did. At that time, we decided to leave because this was ridiculous. I came for therapy on my wrist and am in pain, but my time is valuable so I'll find someone else to assess my injury.
