Cole showed me the steps he would go through to fix the rim. It was cracked where the tire seals to the rim, so I wasn't very hopeful. Cole contacted me the same day and said it was finished, I went in picked it up had the tire put on the rim and Cole agreed to remove the spare and put the repaired rim on the car. It's been over a week and no problems with the rim, saved maga bucks having Cole repair the rim.

I told her that's impossible, I texted my husband 7/23 & wrote on calendar. She said well I cant get you in now until 8/21. I thought that was too far ahead & she put our appt incorrectly. We went elsewhere (Crowne Auto next day appt) so we didnt have a chance to use their service. Rep should write in appts as she gives them on the phone to better organize for future clients.
