Was in a large wedding party this past month and there were just so many things that went wrong…read more Not sure if this was entirely the owners fault (as he orders the tuxedos) but I wouldn't say it was all about quality and service. To start, he promised the Groom a "Groomsmen fitting party" where he would provide pizza and beers if we chose him for our tuxes. So the groom-to-be did, and when we showed up there was no pizza and the owners wife popped up with a few beers right before we finished. Really that's not a big deal but let's get to the important stuff. For the big day there were countless problems with the tuxes that clearly showed a lack of detail from the owner, one shoe was ripped, of the 9 tuxes ordered, 8 had bowties as they should, but the 9th was a regular tie, so one of the groomsmen didn't even match. Some of them were missing the cufflinks and button covers that are supposed to come with the tuxes. There was trash in the pockets when they were recieved just overall a lot of us felt like for $200 tuxedo rentals there were way to many things overlooked. All the while he called many of us to try and work out times for us to pick up his tuxes and return them around HIS schedule since he had certain places to be. Customer service just wasn't much of a priority here.

I took them out & folded all three of them myself.. Then she balled up his sports coat & my husband had to ask that the coat be hung and bagged. For a high end men's store the customer service & lack of polish was horrible. We won't be back.

My new "go-to" place for clothing…read more Unlike most retail establishments, the fine folks here exude a positive attitude all the time. You can tell they really enjoy their respective roles within the store. I am always greeted warmly, often by name (yep, a regular "big 'n tall" guy you might say). I have browsed dozens of times in the store, and have never felt rushed. Each employee is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the dreaded "Will this tie go with this shirt/jacket?" question. Their selection is the best in the area, bar none. Although they are not as large as the King of Prussia location, they carry about 75% of the items the KOP store has. Polo, Nautica, etc... all here, and decent selections of each. There is also a good choice of team sports items, if you like the Eagles or Steelers. Plenty of actionwear to go along with your formal or business attire, too. Heck, even shoes! If I have one VERY minor complaint, though, it's the piped-in scent that permeates the store. Think "Abercrombie and Fitch", but with a distinct apple flavor. Again, just a silly thing.
