Had to buy a new derailleur hanger due to service, a new (ridden 3x) bike has several gouges and scuffs now. The break piston was pulled in locking the hydraulic rear break out resulting in a process of pulling the bike apart to correct along with significant cable adjustments as the bike only shifted into 1/2 of its gears roughly after the service. The two stars are for the price charged for actual service sounded fair and cost $103 for the crank repair. But If I were not capable of DIY it would have cost me a lot more. My fault for overlooking the environment and shape in which the shop is kept. Will never return to shop or for service. When I arrived I was greeted by Collin who said let me check the bike out and he told me exactly what the problem was. The price he quoted was correct and said they would have it ready in 20 minutes. Very professional very quick and fast service. I would highly recommend this location they've been around for about 50 years only doing excellent job. I was super excited I was able to ride my bike that afternoon. Thanks international bike shop.

The first snowstorm of the year happened a few days ago…read more My husband and i decided to visit Kensington Park. We arrived there expecting that there will be sleds, snowboards or skies available for rent. Unfortunately, there was no company around to offer snow equipment for rent on site. Searched on Yelp and found several sports shops and snow resorts that offer equipment for rent. Looking at the rent per day which is $39 per set, we decided to buy used equipment at Play It Again Sports. As we entered the store, there was already a line of parents and their kids at the register. Despite the short commotion, we were greeted by a big and tall caucasian guy. Originally thought he was the only one who worked there. Turns out there were other guys standing on the other side of the store that completely ignored us. A good suggestion for this store is for the employees to have at least a uniform or a nameplate to identify them as an employee. After finishing the last customer, the tall guy came towards and toured us around the store. He answered our return policy inquiry which convinced us into buying the equipment with no hesitation. 14 days return and refund if we are not fully satisfied. He enrolled us in the rewards program to track our order history and easy return. Great service! Speaking of equipment, this location had a lot of options for new and used skies and snowboarding equipment, for as low $20 for the shoes, and $12 poles. The lowest i could find for the snowboard with bindings was around $120. The burton shoes that is brand new was a steal for $80 compared to the online price of $180, minus the box ;-) We saw used frisbees, equipment and apparel for hockey, ice skating, golf and other types of sports. We kinda feel old to start a new hobby at a cost, so this store was the ideal place for us to get second-hand equipment. Will be back for my husband's snowboard and shoes ;-)

I brought an element into their sister store they own in Florida to be told I needed a part that takes 3 weeks to get in. I had it ordered. took 5 weeks but what ever. I took the new part with me to Michigan to have it put on up here. this store ( same owners) , told me the things they wanted to fix totaling $880. I had to tell the 3 times I didn't want all these extras. I just wanted the throttle put on. I'm going to skip all the calls back and forth with them needing more money for more parts. they are very deceptive with what you ask for verses what the try and trick you into. the last straw was when they said , "if you buy the brakes I'll put them on for free. when I go to pick it up it's another $190 for breaks. lied to yet again. Be careful with this place. they talk like they want to help but all they want are the upsells
