I'm actually pretty shocked she has no reviews. So I'm happy to give her the first! Joyce was able to help two of my friends who were reported to the nursing board and both cases were dismissed and no action taken on their licenses. The first case was a patient that left the hospital AMA and was found a few hours later walking the streets in a hospital gown. The hospital investigated it, and did a peer review. They say you don't need to bring an attorney to a peer review, but when it comes to a professional license that you worked hard for... don't go alone! This is your livelihood! The case did not move forward thanks to Joyce. The second case had to do with home health and narcotics that the nurse didn't know how to dispose of and the pharmacy would not take them back. That case was also dismissed after the agency reported the nurse. You can never be too careful and sometimes situations are really complicated. NEVER go up against the board alone. If you need help, Joyce is your lady!

I did the discovery work myself and WOW the rats had a nest; these people are real estate investors as most real estate attorneys are. Know who's for you and who's for themselves for hire to your property they allegedly helping you to save... Haha.... Protect your innocence and do the discovery yourself and hire a Legal Parlance/ Plaintiffs Lawyer for court. I will prevail...
