Asked him to tighten two faucets and he wanted to charge $225x2 to tighten two bolts. Will need to call in another plumber to fix shower. Will not use, nor recommend, this company.

Also, who doesn't itemize their bills, or a simple parts and labor breakdown, even after a request? After we had the hot water back (thanks to the 2d plumber whom of course was another fee) we reached out to Anne The Plumber to follow up, explain that it had been resolved and suggest a refund of some kind. Answered our questions and was able to get us back up and running all nice and cool! All for a very reasonable price. Here's one of his ideas: use one split-air unit in the master bedroom and open the doors to all bedrooms to share the cool air. What about privacy, genius? To the technician that came to my house and asked my father why didn't he kick me out of the house since I'm old enough to live on my own... well hello there, it happens to be my house and I happen to be a responsible daughter that looks after my elderly parents. To the service manager who came to my house and deemed it "unsafe" to service after I called out how crappy a job his technicians did after installing my central air system. But it was perfectly safe before they installed the unit and when they took my money. How bad was the installation? Just think of it as one room feeling like a wind storm while another room felt like a walk in Death Valley. And a leaked ceiling to boot.
