Call Ace regarding my information I got transfered to 4 different people.i was told by one of the employees to bring the plant in i ask him was will you do make a fun out of me disputing about $10.99 plant. Its not about the money its about the service.Spoke to the manger he sound off/rude as if he was not happy. He told that plant dont have warrants. He told old bigger plants do. When i was buying was was not told in the garden section with the lady told me about the warranty. When I went to cash out the lady didn't mention anything. So How Ace is a customer service company. The employees have always been friendly, accommodating, and quick to offer help, which is why today's visit stood out so much. When I came in, I was the second person in line. There was one customer at the register who needed some extra assistance, which I completely understand. What I didn't understand was why several employees were gathered around helping that one customer while the line was waiting. I politely asked one of the employees if someone could help those of us in line. The manager, Alicia, responded that she was th manager and she was helping the current customer and that she would help us when she was done. However, there appeared to be multiple employees at the front registers at the time. What bothered me most wasn't having to wait. It was the tone and demeanor of the response. She came across as very stern and unfriendly, and also seemed visibly irritated while assisting the customer in front of us. It was such a contrast from the warm, helpful service I've consistently received here over the years. I do want to note that the cashier, Hope (I believe that was her name), was very kind and even apologized to me, which I truly appreciated. She was not the issue at all. I'm hoping this was simply an off day because I've genuinely appreciated this store and its staff for a long time. I just felt this experience was worth mentioning because it was so different from what I've come to expect from this location.

I say that because it is easy to give subpar service on a phone call without someone in front of you. I called yesterday because the Ace website said Oakdale had a Yeti Roadie 15 in the limited edition patriotic color. Sean (or Shawn) answered and went above and beyond. He checked their inventory not once, but twice. Then, when he couldn't find it, he helped me locate it in another store. He then called the other store and made sure they pulled it for me. That kind of service makes me want to go the extra mile to shop at the Oakdale location, just based on my experience.

We ended up hiring them to install our new lowers and counters. The outlet is filled with samples on the showroom floor which is super helpful for picking out your cabinets, counters and finishes. They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

So the edges were too short and way to long in other areas. They were going to glue it on and I stopped them. Told them to take it back. The guy claimed it's because my wall isn't even...wow! I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.
