Instead of being willing to find out the issue she simply ignores and blocks those critical of her. Not the kind of person I'd want negotiating over hundreds of thousands of dollars. Ask yourself do you want a real estate agent who will ignore you then pretend they were never working with your family and then have them talk to you like this, when you simply complained about their unprofessional behavior? Or would you rather give you money to an agent who takes complaints seriously? If you have any issues with her you won't get any help. Better to avoid her unless you're sure there will be no problems.
