This makes me think of the payday loan people. Not okay! They said they would not go lower than 5%. Then said they had to cover the cost of their insurance...At my mother's expense? Isn't that cost of doing business?! They kept trying to convince her that they were worth the higher percentage when it is a seller's hot market. We found an upstanding firm that will give my mother a lower percentage so she will still have money to live on. I do not recommend them in any way!

Instead of being willing to find out the issue she simply ignores and blocks those critical of her. Not the kind of person I'd want negotiating over hundreds of thousands of dollars. Ask yourself do you want a real estate agent who will ignore you then pretend they were never working with your family and then have them talk to you like this, when you simply complained about their unprofessional behavior? Or would you rather give you money to an agent who takes complaints seriously? If you have any issues with her you won't get any help. Better to avoid her unless you're sure there will be no problems.
