I was impressed most of all when she washed hand before moving on. I've had a message at other places where they work on your feet first and the move to your head or other parts of your body. They should either do your feet last. It's just gross when they don't take the time to wash their hands and move to you head after your feet. This was just a plus since she wiped my feet before she started and then washed her hands when she was done. I was so relaxed and felt so good after she was done. Let me tell you, during the reiki portion of the package I could really feel surges of energy moving though my body - I have never experienced anything like it in my life. My friend said the same thing. The whole package was great and Suzanne made me feel really at ease. Afterwards, we both felt incredible relaxed and at peace. My friend and I are chronically miserable people, and this is a HUGE accomplishment! It has been 3 days since we visited, and we can still feel the difference.

I wasn't really sure about meditation in general. In my life I had many negative experiences with religion and other meditations. I felt some changes here and there but mostly just temporary. I didn't feel changes in the first month here but I came almost everyday online. I did feel really comfortable at the center and online so I kept trying. I did feel frustrated but the meditation guides kept encouraging me. My problem was that I couldn't recall my mind very well. But slowly the memories started coming back. As I threw them away, I started to feel lighter and more calm outside of meditation in daily life and my sleep improved. So far I give it 5 stars because it has helped me more than I thought. I am curious about what other changes will happen. Looking forward to working on myself more.

I'm used to going to doctors who seem to have fallen into a daily grind of "processing" their patients through their machine of an office. But Dr. Ottavio really seems to enjoy what he's doing, and it definitely comes through in the quality of treatment. His assistant, Tina is also very friendly and has an amazing bedside manner as well. I never feel rushed which I appreciate. He takes time to listen to you and does his best to provide the best treatment possible. He's also not one of those doctors who books 5 people for the same time slot, leaving you waiting forever.
