My daughter's wedding was held at Rein Fire Ranch in July of 2024 and I can't say enough great things about this venue and the owners! The venue itself is beautiful and excellently maintained!!! Their policies are on point, their contracting is easy and the information and suggestions they provided along the way was invaluable. Rich and George, the owners, are easy to work with and they definitely know what it takes to hold a successful wedding and reception. The way they have structured their venue and work with the various vendors ensures the planned event is executed flawlessly. (My daughter and I attended one their open houses and met a number of their recommended vendors, several of whom we hired - they were excellent). Rein Fire also offers a number of add on packages. We had lawn games and Percy the Mule bar service - Percy was a HUGE hit! The wedding was beautiful and stress free with the bride, groom and guests thoroughly enjoying the ceremony and following celebration. When I first started looking at venues for our big day Rein Fire Ranch was on the list but I had mixed feelings just because I had my mind set more towards another venue. The day came to go check out my top 3 venues I wanted to look at and RFR was my second. Before I got to my third potential venue I could not stop thinking about RFR. So needless to say RFR was the place we picked to come together as one big family. We booked almost a whole year in advance and the whole time leading up to the big day Rich and George were so amazing to work with. Rich was so speedy at getting back to every single email and all my needy questions. I felt so annoying having to keep bugging him but he did not once give me a snappy attitude or make me feel like I was keeping him from anything more important. We also asked George to be our DJ with Rich as the MC. Best decision ever!! George worked with me to make the music special and helped me be able to have the best father daughter dance ever!!(no offense to any other brides) If you are just reading reviews or looking at their website and kind of going back and forth make an appointment to go out to the ranch, you will NOT be disappointed in the least! They just remodeled their reception barn, as it was meant for training horses previously. They have done an amazing job with it and are still making improvements. I've had the deep pleasure of staying at Rein Fire Ranch a few times over the years and each time I am again struck by just how beautiful the property is. Fond, almost magical memories of waking early to the sounds of horses stirring; a bracing early morning mist coating the grass in a thousand diamond dew drops, and then dissipating to reveal the majesty of Mount Rainier on the horizon. Walking the property at sunset, horseback riding the trails in the midday sun, grilling out on the patio, it's all feels like a perfect painting come to life. And just in case you aren't sufficiently impressed with nature's grandeur all around you, there's the not insignificant matter of the impeccable hospitality offered by your hosts. The property and house are maintained meticulously. All the employees on the ranch are warm, friendly and have an uncanny ability to be there precisely when you need something, and then disappear when you want some solitude. I really can't imagine a more perfect spot to hold a wedding, a team building day, a reunion, or just a get-away with friends. It's so close to the city, and yet in a completely different world. Our wedding was the most beautiful day I could ever imagine! Early on, neither of us felt we had found a great venue that really suited what our vision was. We had already settled on another venue before happening to find the Ranch. Our very first meeting, we were truly at ease with Rich. Throughout the entire planning process he was engaging, had great recommendations and genuinely cared what our big day meant to us. After our initial meeting, I felt that "this was the place." He was so warm, caring and inviting that I actually gave Rich a hug! There was a point in the planning process that we even asked him to officiate our ceremony, which was a really great hit! Every detail leading up to it wedding was validated with a timely response. The rehearsal and wedding day came with some rain but the RFR crew were quick at dispelling any of my worries as a plan B came to light. In all honesty, plan B was better for us. Our ceremony was more intimate and our friends and family have continued to gush warm words about it wedding. On our initial visit out, we both fell in love with the location and the wonderful experience we had with Rich and George. You can tell right away that is very important to them that you have the very best experience on your wedding day from the first minute that you meet them. We worked with them over a 5 month period, visiting the location several times, taking their suggestions for photographer, food and just overall recommendations and everything was fantastic. Our wedding day was gorgeous and perfect - we had a family emergency that threw things into a bit of a tailspin prior to our wedding, but Rich, being the professional that he is, did everything he could to make sure our experience was as positive as possible and ensuring that my husband and I were doing okay. The wedding went off without a hitch, the sunset and things got even more beautiful. The reviews that we got from family and friends was that the venue was wonderful and that it is one of the best weddings they have ever been to. We got married here on 5/21/16. This was the second venue we visited and absolutely fell in love with it!! It was so peaceful, relaxing and not to mention an amazing backdrop for a wedding! It rained on our wedding day, so we didn't get to use the outdoor ceremony pavilion, but had our ceremony and reception in the barn. Rich and George were amazing to work with, especially on the big day when we had to switch to "plan B" because of rain. They were so helpful and on top of everything which put me at ease. George was our DJ and did a wonderful job choreographing all of our requested songs throughout the evening and Rich kept everything on schedule and announced what was going on when. Our wedding turned out beautifully even with the downpour. I highly recommend this venue and would give it higher than a 5 star rating if it allowed!!! It is ideal to have indoor/outdoor options and Rich and George are so nice, understanding, flexible and they work their butts off to make sure everything goes as smoothly. read more

We just had our wedding here a few weeks ago and everything was so perfect and we are just so happy that we had our wedding at RFR. The barn, ceremony pavilion, cocktail cabana, fire bit, just everything was so gorgeous and really exceeded our expectations. Rich and George (the owners) always treated us with great respect and patience and we appreciate that. We hired George as our DJ and were very pleased with the music and it was exactly what we wanted. George had us fill out an extensive questionnaire so he could thoughtfully figure out what our style was and delivered spot on! You can see just how beautiful the venue and grounds are by visiting or looking at the pictures, but what differentiates RFR from other venues is how much they really CARE. This is what made the planning process so much fun! For the price of the venue (which is very competetive) you do receive a lot of accommodations and if they don't have exactly what you want, they will they hardest to accommodate. It was such a pleasure to get to know the owners over these last few months and we wish them a lot of luck and success in the future. They truly run a beautiful business. I was thinking to myself, asking myself, how many places have been so memorable, so incredible in my life that I can recall them at the drop of a hat. How many? Well I've had an exceptional life, a life filled with beauty and wonder, magic and merriment and still, the answer to the question is, "not that many" So when I say that Rein Fire Ranch is up there in the "most memorable" spots I've visited, I'm saying something big. I think of the times I've been so fortunate to be a guest there and they are times where I remember standing in fields feeling so small when compared to the immensity of the scenery. I remember smelling the grass, turning round and round with my arms out, like a kid, in awe of the surrounding mountains that are so beautiful that they literally take your breath away. I think of hiking on trails, listening to water trickling down hillsides, I think of sitting on the patio and smelling the smoke of the grill and laughter,I think of lots of laughter. You can thank Rich and George for the laughter part , that and the sense that you just have to come back. You can thank them too for the grounds that are impeccably maintained, the facilities that are beautiful, the level of cooperation and understanding they show as you plan your event and you can thank them for making your visit absolutely memorable. Rein Fire Ranch has everything I ever could have wanted in a wedding venue. From the beautiful drive in and the manicured ceremony garden to the gorgeous barn, you couldn't ask for a more stunning backdrop for your wedding day. It was incredibly relaxing to arrive in the morning, get ready onsite and not have to worry about getting people from place to place. Being out in the hills with so much space and open air, it was hard to feel stressed about anything. There is a reason this won Best Wedding Venue, because they truly do have it all. But the place alone was not the only selling point here, the owners were incredibly friendly throughout the entire planning process and always very responsive - I don't think Rich would let anything other than an amazing wedding happen on his property, he was so reassuring and helpful. Our package included not only the day-of rental with all the tables & chairs, but an incredible list of suggested (not required!) vendors who were all familiar with the venue, time to shoot an engagement photo session on the property and multiple visits to nail down our planning. I could not recommend this place and the amazing people who run it enough - if you want that stunning outdoor and low-stress wedding, this is the place to do it! read more
