I came by today, on a slow (Tuesday morning) to one my favorite stores and wasn't sure if what I…read morewanted to purchase would be a good buy because there's no mirrors in the store and or dressings rooms available. I asked an employee no mirrors? She shook her head and stared at me.
I then went to the register to purchase my items, I asked another employee Sarah (whose name is on the receipt), no way I could look at a mirror with the items? (Literally there's a whole dressing room closed where workers are folding clothes) I only wanted to look in the mirror for a quick second and hold the items up to me) Sarah said "yeah, no" with so much disdain in her eyes, mouth, and speech. It was truly admirable and incredibly heart warming to be welcomed with this much disdain and hate from a store I've spent thousands of dollars at.
If you have more than a comment or question to there "do you know our stores policy?" comment at check out..be prepared, they will look at you with disdain, contempt, hate, annoyance.
Have a little respect for your customers ladies, it goes a long way. Next time when I want to be treated like a burden, I'll be sure to ask Sarah another question :) almost positive they got rid of their mirrors and dressing room to reduce their work load, as when I came in here before when they had dressing rooms - they often looked irritable
